I like this place. My 2 year old enjoyed it. He is more athletic than most his age so he can handle it. I have gone more than once. You need to register on their website if you don't go during open play. They have a party room and you can host birthday parties there. The inflatables are better than the Arena Sports ones I have gone to. They have air hockey tables. And a bean bag toss game. There is a useless hurricane simulator thing it's literally 2 dollars for a strong fan being blown on you. Lol don't bother. But the inflatables are great and in decent condition. Some need to be stitched up here and there. The bathrooms were clean and they have water fountains. The vending machine was out of order when I was there. The customer service was 50% good. And I mean that literally, 2 employees I interacted with were friendly and 2 were unfriendly and lazy. That is for 2 separate visits. There is a lot of wall space for arcade games they could add. All in all it's worth a visit, I just don't go very often. read more

Great idea to tire the kids out! We attended a birthday party recently and although we had a 10 month little with us, she still enjoyed being there. I docked a star just because I wish they had everyone take off their shoes on the carpet area of each room. Everyone jumping needs to wear socks in the inflatables but when they get out they are still running around with their socks on while parents are there wearing their dirty shoes. So the area isn't really sanitary. I've never been to a Pump It Up establishment before. This location had two rooms with inflatables. The third room was for eating. I loved that 2 high chairs were included in that third room. Loved that it was an IKEA high chair just because we use that at home too. read more

In early November I attended my niece's birthday party at Pump it Up in Lynnwood. The only positive was that the kids did have fun for the most part in the play area. These parties are not cheap and each has an allotted time span. There was a question with why our time was being cut short so we asked to speak to the manager. After looking for a while the attendant told us she couldn't find "Marisa". We asked a different attendant a while later but again the manager was not available. The issue was not resolved. The kids ended up not getting all of their play time and we were rushed out before the end of the party. I have had multiple parties here for all 3 of my kids. It's easy. It's clean! No it's not cheap, but neither is renting a fucking bounce house. It's worth what you pay for. My daughter just celebrated her 8th birthday here and we all had a great time. The staff here are great: proactive with communication and super helpful and friendly. They make it super easy for the parents. Wheel your supplies (decorations, food, cake) into the room and they do the set up for you. They do the clean up too! *Covid Precautions* They are limiting total guests per party to 24 (adults and kids), cleaning between each group of kids and everyone in the facility must wear masks. They also have hand sanitizer everywhere and have the kids sanitize their hands before they go into the party room for food and cake. We chose a 10:30am time and served individually packaged snacks and cups of fruit so it kept everything tidy and kept kid fingers out of each other's food. I also opted for a cupcake cake and served it myself with food handler's gloves. This is a great, safe, birthday venue option. read more

If we're paying $800 for a birthday party we better get our time!! But nope!!! Let's start from the beginning.. The front desk person has no greeting for people walking inside. They're hiding behind an oversized desk. So no clear directions. I told front desk twice that I wanted to help set up the party room. They said ok we will come get you when it's time. Kept looking at the clock while in the 1st room. 5:15p we were supposed to get asked to come set up. I had decorations I wanted to set up and snack trays to put together. Nothing. 540pm hits were supposed to be in the eating area now. Nope. 6pm they finally say our room is ready. I told the guy it's set up? I wanted to help. Go in the room, yes it's partly set up but not what I wanted. Things are just laid out and some stuff not even put out. 625pm a girl comes in and says we have about 5 minutes before they're coming in to clean up. We say but our party ran late! Can't we get an extra 10mins? They said no cuz another party was coming. But omg!!! You made us late from a previous party and now because we're the 2nd to last party you want to cut us so you can leave work on time?? Insert swear words here... They're all little kids working so it feels bad swearing and yelling at them. But omg! Give us our time!! They literally came in 5mins after with a wheeling garbage can and started dumping things. Oh also the speech they give to go from 1st room and 2nd room needs to go. Kids don't care what y'all have to say on what's inside the next room, waste of time. And y'all don't have time to waste clearly!! Other parents I talked to that booked with them have had the same story too so beware! Also, could turn up the music volume, instead of hearing the inflatables. Make it fun! Make it an enjoyable event for adults too. Turn it up where ppl wanna do a lil two step! What do you do with 25 teen and pre-teen agers who have enough energy to power a small city, well you bring them here to get their freak on! No not in that sense! Just the sense that they can blow off a bunch of steam and pent up energy, before they head on over to your place. Now granted, they should have been selling teen-spirit deodorant at the front counter, but really the target age group is 3-10.... This group of kids had a blast. Each party is held in your own private jump-area. Bound around on the slides, basketball court, and fun-house. It's your area for whatever time you pay for! Oh, and bring your own CD's, they'll turn up the volume to your teenagers delight, me not so much.... For the price the "gang" got to jump and bump and slide, to till they dropped, it was funny to see the hyper-activity go on for about 12 minutes, till everyone had shot their wad.... And they still had another 33 minutes before cake was to be served!! Oh Boy!! Packages range in price, costs reflect the services you want, i.e. pizza, their cake, and soda, or bring your own in, minus the pizza, you have to use their service for that. My brother held a birthday party for his 5 year old son here. He was able to invite 25 kids (not including the bday boy) and given a 2 hour time window. Adults are welcome to accompany for free, and you can have extra kids for more money. I had no idea that this location did primarily birthday parties and that you were able to get the area for your group alone. It's nice to not have to deal with bigger or aggressive kids and to have to place all to yourself. In fact I had no idea this place was even here, despite having been in the area numerous times over the years. I'll have to do some research and figure out how to make it to some of the open jumps, I'd also love to check out a glow party with my nephews in the future. It's nice to get a set amount of time in each of the 2 rooms, and to have the kids burn off some energy prior to the cake and presents in the party rooms. I really like the present opening chair as well. It's also great that they allow you to bring your own food and drink for the party room, so you don't end up having to spend even more money and can get things that you prefer. The kids even seemed to interact well with the instruction video you watch at the beginning of the party, and as far as I know all behaved appropriately. I really liked how they take pictures of the whole event and put it on the tv in the party room. The kids really enjoyed seeing themselves on tv. Even the 2 year old's in our group seemed to have a good time, and I think its great that they allow adults to assist on the rides as needed, some of those slide stairs are quite steep. Don't forget your socks. The 2$ spent on the wind machine was a huge winner. Sad I didn't check out the massage chairs, and that I didn't have any extra dollars for the air hockey table. read more

Pump it up NEVER disappoints! They really make it so easy. Considering there are some very young people working there, I am not worried about the future anymore . There is no other place in the area where you get food/plates/napkins/cake set up, clean up, food ordered in advance so I don't bother with delivery drivers or picking up food myself. Kids always have a blast! We have had big parties before, today we had rather small one but the level of fun was the same. Staff was very polite and friendly. The Lynnwood location has the same features and jumpables as the Kirkland location, but the staff seems a bit more engaged. My main grumble is the location ... it's in the back corner of a strip mall that also houses the driver's licensing location. As such, parking is an issue, as is stupid, inattentive drivers. That's not the fault of Pump It Up, but it should be a thought to keep in the back of your mind as you navigate your way here. read more

Birthday party for age 6... staff was helpful... thankfully , our party had less than 10 children... on a Sunday at 5:10 pm. I was under the impression that they had trampolines... but lots of climb up and climb through activities. One child in our group injured his foot in room two; he was doing a climb through a tunnel type activity, but eventhoigh he wasn't able to participate in the rest of the party... the staff gave his Mom Some ice, wrapped in a wet paper towel to apply to the foot injury..subsequently, the next day, the child was seen by his pediatrician and it was determined that the foot/ankle was sprained. Parents need to be aware that these pieces of equipment can be slick, and some young children don't do well on uneven surfaces. Most all of the children in our birthday party group enjoyed themselves. I would suggest that a first aid kit be readily available, though, and I know that parents must sign a waiver for liability issues . The children enjoyed themselves a lot... by the end of the evening, I'm sure they expended a lot of energy and all probably slept well. read more

" Id like to book on x date please" " We can't book more than 10 days in advance" A week goes by so I can get the date I want. Not so fast Chani! You can have the date, but the time is 8:30 am -9 am? Are you kidding? " Who has a party at 8:30 in the morning?" I ask Pump it up person: " You'd be surprised" Yeah I would! These are 4 and 5 year old extasy free kids not rave wearing Smurf pants and rainbow socks teenagers! So I don't get my refund back of $125 I may as well have taken my money and let it ride. Ive been to many a party at Pump it Up and the kids always have a good time,but the way they do business is bunk. Plus you can only buy yucky Papa John's pizza...from them. Chucky Cheese pizza is better IMO. Its b/c they have a contract with Papa Johns pizza. So no outside prepared foods..unless they are off of the Papa Johns menu. So if you enjoy Papa Johns,then you are set and that's at the tune of 1 slice of pizza for $1.99 although you can get bottled water for well below the Safeway cost at just.50. What you can bring is: a cake ice cream dry snacks soda juice boxes bottled water NO salsa though...sorry chicas! Ok ok I get it. Kid's parties aren't cheap and I will not be having anymore outside my own home until my son is 21 and we can take him to Vegas or something. 5 is a monumental birthday so I owe it to my son to go on with the show and play nice. I mean he'll have a good time there and don't worry,I'll do an update. We recently attended a birthday party at this location. The kids had a blast. The structures seemed clean and in good shape. We started in one room and after maybe 30 or so minutes we were move to another with a new set of structures. The front staff was very nice, the two that were in the play rooms with us just talked among themselves (I guess they were there to supervise). The party room, after the play time, was fine. It contained a throne for the birthday kid. He sat in it to open the gifts. It would have been nice if there was something on the floor for the other kids to sit on while they watched the presents being opened, but of course the kids did not mind sitting on the bare floor. I considered having my son's birthday here but their website said that they have a minimum height requirement for kids to play on the equipment (which my younger son did not meet). When a representative contacted me at a later date she told me that the height restriction was only for a specific structure. By then I had booked the party elsewhere. So, do not get put off by that if you are considering having a party. Overall, my son loved playing here. read more

When I went to visit Seattle, it was also the same weekend as my friend's son's birthday party. He asked if I wanted to tag along, and I couldn't refuse. When I was a kid, I remember Chuck E Cheese's being my favorite place to go. But now even kids have their fair share of selections for birthday parties. With a reservation you get to rent out a room with 4 giant inflatable play pens (a giant slide, a basketball court, a big moon bounce, and a obstacle course) for 45 minutes. All I need to say is that kids have a TON of energy. Adults are allowed in and, HOW COULD I NOT partake? But lets just say after about 5 minutes, I was exhausted. Out of breath, sweating, close to passing out....man I thought I would be able to keep up, but boy was I wrong. Then after the kids work up their appetite, they get sent to a small room with two giant tables to eat whatever you want to bring. Instead of being forced to eat whatever overpriced catering they may have, Pump It Up lets you bring your own food. So this party was catered with Papa Johns and gourmet cupcakes. Venue was clean and well maintained but the staff weren't too helpful. Most of them were chatting amongst each other or on their phones. Booking the party was very easy and straightforward. They did everything from A-Z for us, they even went out of their way to help us w " Lilly the elf". I was impressed with the supervision in the jumping area and with how friendly all the staff was. Have been attending birthday parties since several years at the Lynnwood and Bellevue locations and so decided to have my girls 5th birthday here. We had the 2:30-4:30 slot on Saturday 4/23/2016. 1. Three of our friends ended up being late - arriving around snack time. By then some of our daughter's gifts had been moved to our snack room by their staff. However the staff member forgot to remove my daughter's name label from the yellow tub. So the three late friends ended up dropping their gifts inside that same yellow tub. Before leaving my husband enquired whether there were more gifts since the number of bags didn't seem right to him. One of the front desks impolitely replied not to go near the yellow tubs, as they had someone else's gifts. When we reached home and realized their gifts missing, we called Pump It Up to inform them. We did not receive a return call to two phone calls. To our first and third call back - we received another unprofessional reply - which basically meant just forget about your gifts. Pump It Up is not responsible and they don't care either! It appeared that between Sunday (4/24) and Friday (4/29) Pump It Up never kept up to their promise of calling the families with birthday parties at the same time; to check if any of my daughters presents reached them accidentally. 2. Prior to birthday party, the front desk went through a list of questions with me. One of them was about they taking pictures of our guests. To which I replied yes. I was NOT told that to access those pics - was a paid service. An 3. When I did not receive a copy of the pics, and I called up on 4/24 I am being told I would have to pay $12 to get them. I agree to that but i never get the pics or a phone call saying why were they not emailed to me; or asking for any clarifications. So I not also loose gifts but also pictures! (Although my daughter ended up fracturing her elbow after toppling over rubber blocks in her birthday party) in general she and the other kids had a blast. Seeing that we were planning to book these folks for my son's birthday in advance. I am totally disappointed by with their unprofessionalism, rudeness and carelessness. Not only has the Lynnwood Pump It Up lost us as a customer for the rest of their business, it has also lost 5 more families - just by word of mouth alone! read more

I had a very unsatisfying experience with Pump it Up. They charge a non-refundable deposit and don't tell you it's non-refundable over the phone. We had to cancel our party a full month before the date and the manager of the lynnwood location would not refund the deposit and when i asked to speak with the owners to plead my case, she refused to give me their names or contact info. She said "Ill give them your message but they won't be calling you back." Can you believe it? What a horrible business policy. I can understand if it's the week of the event or the day before the event but a full 30 days out? I made the reservation on a Monday and had to cancel two days later. Bad service, bad policy. I booked a party here for my 2 year old daughter. If I had the chance, I would re-book somewhere else. The party room and facility were all fine and dandy. The kids had a great time bouncing and playing and things were going great. By the time we moved out into the party room they had set up the room nicely but our pizza was no where to be found. I had ordered this pizza 2 days in advance (as told to me by the manager). When I went to the front desk and asked where our pizza was, they had no record that they had ordered it. Here is the kicker. The lady who was supposed to write my order down, was the manager. Seriously? If I were to book here again (unlikely) I will be call every day until the party to make sure my pizza is written down and will be there. I had a bunch of toddler-pre k kids waiting to eat after working up an appetite bouncing and playing. Thank goodness we had chips, cake and ice cream otherwise the kids would have gone home without anything. I had to apologize to the parents who I am sure were expecting to have dinner for their kids here. After all of this, they gave me just a 15% percent discount. That's it. He apologized for the discrepancy in the end times and also said that we should be able to jump until the last minute allowed. Just this morning I was processed a full refund and was told I could have an open jump time on their dime. We live in Oregon so we'll take them up on it when we're back in town for the holidays. Thank you, Pump It Up, for fixing the issue and being responsive. We'll see you again! ORIGINAL: I bought the recent Groupon to bring my 3 kids here during the morning young-kid open jumps (forgot the term). I went this morning, forgetting that it didn't include Friday mornings - my fault. Then an employee said they were open at 4:30p for a Family Night open jump. Awesome. I brought the whole fam (we have 4 kids, 6 and under) at 4:45p and immediately hit another road block when a different employee told me my Groupon wouldn't work for Family Jump Night, only the open jumps in the morning. I was frustrated, but it was still my fault. The kids were itching to get in and jump, and I looked at the pamphlet the employee handed me that said the Family Jump Night time was 4:30-5:50. I calculated in my head, "Is the next hour and 5 mins worth the $30ish? Sure. Whatever." Again the kids were dying to get inside, so in we went. They were having a blast and I looked at my watch at 5:30 and told my kids, "We have another 20 mins guys, keep on bouncing." Imagine my shock when 5 mins later an employee says over the microphone that time is up, stop what you're doing, and get your shoes to go. It was 5:35p. I asked immediately, "Wait, I thought it was till 5:50?" She said it was 5:40p (which was still 5 mins away). Frustrated, I wrangle my kids who are still hyper and needing more time to get their wiggles out (I did tell them they had 20 more mins after all) and go to the front desk to check out that pamphlet again. It said 5:50p. I tell that to the guy at the counter and he says his computer says 5:40p and shrugs. I'm sorry, but shaving off 20 expected and promised (pamphlet) minutes from my family's jump time put us all in a bad mood. My husband was mad we spent so much for 45 mins ($30 is a lot of money for us), the kids were mad because they needed more time, and I was mad because the employees didn't seem to know the time it was supposed to end, cut off the time we did have, and then didn't make it right once I pointed out the discrepancy. Even if it were to end at 5:40p, we should've at least been able to jump until the last second - that's what we paid for anyway. We were told to leave 5 mins before that time. We paid for what we thought would be a full hour and 5 mins, and the kids got 45 mins. Not cool. Pump It Up, please do better. Follow through on the times you advertise. read more

We've been to one party here and loved how effortless it seemed. We decided to host out son's birthday here and love the fact that they keep the parties private. The kids had a great time and everything moved fairly seamlessly. It's important to tell your guests to arrive on time as they move the groups through a conveyor belt of procedures and party rooms. Once your party time is confirmed the clock has started and the attendants are keeping track of multiple parties at once. Kid venues scare me but their ability to provide private parties is kinda amazing. Its great to be able to relax and not have to deal with other people's screaming kids. It's also nice to leave the party knowing everyone had a great time and to come back to a nice clean peaceful house. So far it's been my favorite kid party yet as a guest and a host :) read more

i had my husbands 26th birthday party here with our friends. i was a little disappointed, because i was at 3-2-1- bounce for a childs birthday party about a year ago... pumpitup is quite a bit smaller..probably only half the size of 321. the rental fee, including everything was $300 for 1.5 hours of bounce time, and some amount of time in the party room. we didn't use the party room because--well we're old! we didn't want their pizza party and balloons they wanted to sell us. overall, it was a fun experience, but i don't think i would reccomend it for adults (duh). after 15 minutes of running loose, we were all exhausted and needed to take breaks every once in a while. read more

Just had my kids party here, but was not impressed with the service recieved. I was late to check in because I had trouble finding the place in the dark and fog. Tried to call them but all I got was a voicemail. When I finally got there I recommended they offer a back line to party guest in case of an emergency. The young man said he did hear the phone ring twice...hmmm why he didn't answer....I have no clue!? Very frustrating.... The bouncy area is much smaller than the Kirkland location. The kids had a blast jumping in the bouncy area, though one of the jumpy houses was losing air and looked like it was falling over!? Pizza must be bought through them. It will cost you an arm and leg... $18.99 for a pappa johns pizza that is worth $10. When guest arrive they are suppose to drop gifts in a big bin and staff will sort it all in the party room. When we got home and the kids opened their gifts, we realized some gifts were unmarked and others were missing? Today we recieved a call from Pump It Up asking if WE got any gifts that were not ours!? How are we suppose to know that! All the gifts we got were for boys and age appropriate. Pump it Up needs to keep better track of gifts, rather than accuse us for taking other party gifts!!! RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. I feel really bad if we did get any gifts that were not ours, but we too were missing gifts. And why were their staff members not doing their job in keeping gifts sorted and parties separated!? Not sure at this point what they think we need to do! Nothing I think...its the facility's fault and responsibility. Lo had fun here at a friend's bday party. Not many options for toddlers in the second play area that they asked us to move into , but otherwise no issues. Perfect for more than 25 kids.
