OMG! This was one of the most AMAZING birthday parties that I've had for my kiddo. And we've been to all the spots: Perot Museum, Altitude, Little Gym, EVERYWHERE! But this is this first place where mama did nada! The staff was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, most of them are teenagers but they are very professional and were great at interacting with the kids. So the set up is you get 30 minutes in each bounce room. Just you and your party. Next is the party room where your host serves pizza (Mr Jim's) and drinks. All I had to bring were gift bags, cupcakes and balloons. It was great! Gave my daughter a surprise party here this past weekend and every member apart of her party did an amazing job! Monique helped me get everything together during the confirmation call! Monique and Nisha held everything down into me and my daughter could get there to do the surprise! Our arena host Lawaylon did a phenomenal job as our dj and glow in the dark host! This little hidden gem has apparently been here for years, however I found it thanks to Groupon. I took my 10 & 12 year old to open jump (usually cost $7 per person for 2 hours of play) and they are right on the cusp of being too old but at the same time they had a good time jumping and flipping and bouncing. I would highly suggest bringing a bottle of water although they do have a water fountain. Cell phone reception sucks inside the building so parents bring a book to pass the time as your children run and play. read more

I had my son birthday here on 2/26. I wouldn't recommend this place. It was dirty in the room they sat us in to sing happy birthday. The employees were rude. Our host seem as if she had an attitude. The place was boring. It wasn't worth 380 dollars. You have to pay to bring in outside food when the pizza they order is outside food. They give u 2litters to drink. Things you can provide yourself. It is overpriced for nothing. The take the kids to too different rooms for 35 min each but it didn't really grasp their attention. The bounce houses they had were mediocre. My kids jumped once may twice and was bored. They mostly ran around the room. Please don't waste your money! read more

I booked a party at this location for May 2019. The staff was all teenagers with no adult supervision. A gift was dropped off for my party at the front desk. At the direction of the staff . The gift was given to the wrong party. After 2 days the gift was tracked down and returned to the location less one of the apparel items. The person that took the gift home says they can't find it. Pump it up never acknowledged the fact that I still had a missing item , which stemmed from their incompetence. They did however give me a free jump pass to come back. (NOT) The gift fiasco was after the desk staff tried to charge me for additional children that were not at my party and that we didn't even know. I do not recommend this location. read more

We had our daughter's fifth birthday here and both arenas were fun despite the attendants disappearing for 10-15 minutes. Now the staff was not as organized nor did the manager pass through to check on the staff, the coordinator was nice yet could have been more informative about the checkout process. For example, I forgot to pay while loading up the truck with gifts/cake. My husband goes back to pay and the gal tells him that she was surprised he came back! He asked why and she said, most that leave don't come back to pay. Really!? And we forgot to purchase the photos! Agains we have to go back instead of them up selling those items. On the day of making the reservation, Monday, same week as the party on Sunday , Heather tells me there will be a note telling them to discount $20 on your account because i did a late reservation. Needless to say, we had to go back after we forgot to pay, second time to get the $20 discount and purchase the pictures they took while your party is going in the arenas. Very inconvenient. I just checked to see the pictures today and now I see it's to another party!! Very disappointed in the service, bad experience one after another, and Eve the manager was very nonchalant about the situation when calling her back to see if she found my party's pictures. I got the Groupon so I basically paid 15 for 2 kids and loved it, it's exactly 70 minutes for that. They had us sign waivers and give information then the kids watched a safety video. They took us in a room with a bounce house, bounce slide and 2 others. My daughter really wanted to play table hockey, which was 50 cents. 30 minutes in they take you to a different room with a bounce house and a bounce obstacle course. That room had a hurricane machine for 2 dollars. The other kids were all between 3-8 and were really nice to each other and playing together like they all knew each other. I think total I spent 17 dollars, which is insanely low for kids entertainment places. Probably most satisfied I've been with one of these places. read more

This place is just okay! Even my six-year old nephew kept saying "I thought it was bigger." You definitely need a crowd to have a good time. Unfortunately when we came, there were just 4 kids. We had my daughters 5th bday there on Saturday 9/15/18. It was the most stress free party I've thrown so far! I even felt like I was forgetting something because I was actually able to relax during the party. The staff was so helpful, patient and even funny. I felt terrible that our kids left spills on the floor, but the staff told us not to worry about a thing. They have added more things in both bounce rooms that gave our party of 27 kids plenty of bouncing & other activities to get worn out. Let me start off by saying, I have been coming here for 5 plus years. We have never had a problem until now. In the past staff have been respectful and accommodating. My last and final experience at the location has been upsetting. The staff was very rude to the children and adults. They would leave the room unattended to go "decorate" the party room but really were chit chatting and listening to profanity music. Attitude and sass was given during each conversation. Staff had air pods in entire time, may be the reason why the party guess were ignored. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there at all! Had my son's 4th Birthday Party there service was horrible. A teenager is the manager and does not have experience to provide proper customer service. I specifically chose the ultimate package because it comes with ice cream cups. The charge $50 for outside food. So I was told they didnt have any ice cream 1hr after my play time started. The manager supposedly went to 3 store and everyone was out of ice cream. So I was offered glows and never got them....and upon check out he gave only $7 refund. I asked to be compensated so he how've $20. This was terrible ice cream is supposed to be with cake and I reserved this party a month in advance. Tonight I had my son's 2nd birthday party. The staff consisted of 95% teenagers. I was very shocked at the level of respect and attention they have me and my guests. They attended to my every need. There were several things that went awry (inflatable not working, power going in and out, game malfunctioned during use). They worked together the entire time to get it back working. No staff member acted as if it weren't their problem and depend on the manager to fix it all like so many young people tend to do. At the end, of course I planned to suggest financial accommodation for all of the malfunctions, and i personally feel that a company who doesn't acknowledge their error on their own will never get my business again. However, the manager apologized effusively then gave me THREE discounts to make up for it. Why did i give them all 5 stars after so many things went wrong? 1. Because i had been there before, and i knew this was unusual. Every business has a bad day. 2. The manager had integrity. She did the right thing. 3. When i booked the party, every staff member i spoke to was patient, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. 500 things could've gone wrong, with a staff like that, I'd still support them. I had my son and daughters party there last night and my experience was the worst. They have horrible service. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers. So much went wrong last night I don't know where to begin. First as soon as we got to the party room to eat one of the workers pulled me to the side to tell me they messed my kids cake up. The side of it was scraped off. I hadn't even gotten a picture of the cake before they messed it up. Then the teenagers were completely careless with passing our food and drinks. We ran out of food and drinks before every kid got served. I was busy tending to the guests while they were giving one kid 3 slices of pizza before everyone else was served. The we were rushed out of the room before we even opened all our gifts. On top of that they didn't give me the goodie bags I paid for. I had to go back in and ask for them twice. Most of my guests were already gone and didn't get The goodie bags I paid for. The girl at the front desk was very rude. I paid 300 plus dollars for this party that I feel wasn't worth 100 dollars. The pictures the staff took at the party that I was to pay for were mostly pictures of the floor and only about one fourth if the guests. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
