Had my daughters birthday party here, much more than when we were kids but she definitely enjoyed herself! Our party host was so fun and amazing. The staff help me set up our decor, and our party host kept on time. Clean facility with hand sanitizer on walls. Ordered the paw patrol cake but had to tell them I ordered it, but the cake was super cute! We had to ask for the cups that came with our package for the kids and we never got the gift bags that came with our package (I'm A$$uming bc we brought our own) but would've appreciated us getting what we paid for. We have a four year old who had been begging to go and the fact we haven't been in this location over 15 years we had low expectations l, I'm just going to be honest, but the the person working the front was extremely helpful &'it's been updated on the inside. There are more games and the pizza was still good at least to the kiddo because he tore it up after saying he wasn't hungry because of course he wanted to play games. read more

My son had a blast here! The entire establishment was very clean, well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The games were easily divided with games for bigger kids up front, and games for smaller kids in the back. We purchased a 30 free play card which allows unlimited play for the 30 minutes, (no need to count tokens). I love the fact that we could pause our time for restroom breaks and to eat so the entire game play time could be spent on actual game play. My only complaint is that there was no play land with tubes and slides for my 3-year old to play in. He loves those things but this establishment did not have them. Overall I was very pleased with our visit. Also... the food was mediocre at best; exactly what you would expect at a children's play establishment. read more

Closest CEC and wanted to get the little out the house. Pulled coupons from the internet before going. Got to the location and saw in the window that they have a lunch buffet. Walked in the door, got stamped and proceeded to the cashier to order. She however was also manning the ticket redemption desk. She finally was able to break away and was extremely friendly as she took our order. She forgot to give us our game cards and tried to get someone to help her fix it. The manager was passing by and she got her attention however she wasn't as pleasant. Got to the buffet and some of the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Waited until some new pizzas hit the bar and got all our pizza at once. Chuck only came out once while we were there however he did stick around for pictures with the kids. Don't recall the stage ever lighting up for performances either. Most the games were working. There were a few games that malfunctioned and we had to chase down someone who worked there. Like the card better than the old coin concept. Like the ticket counter however we had a malfunction there as well. In comparison to other CEC, this one is small and outdated. We celebrated our child's 6th birthday here and it was our first time to come together! This location was recently renovated so all the games were new and working just fine. The venue was clean and communications were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond with customer service and friendliness. The kids and adults enjoyed the pizza and party favors. The kids loved Chuck E of course and everything went seamlessly without any hiccups. We were thoroughly impressed with this location and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Our daughter said it was the best birthday party she ever had. We can't recommend this location enough! read more

The service was nonexistent. We waited at the door for our hand stamps so long that we finally walked in without them (My children have never not been stamped at Chuck E. Cheese bc it prevents kidnapping). We went to get food and our play cards at the desk, but no one was at the register. The children were horrible. Jumping on top of machines and tackling each other in the toddler section. People were arguing. It did not feel safe or enjoyable. I will never go back to this location again! This was a last minute "let's get out of the house" decision. It was the closest place to get away for a bit, play some games. Plus we had a coupon for 100 coins @ $20 Very small and very few games , some didn't even give you tickets. I believe it was the smallest size chuck E cheese I've been too. The staff was super nice, didn't try the food, but I'm sure it's the same as all the other ones. Don't know if I would go thier again, unless they expanded and added for choices of games to play. read more

We just left Chuck E. Cheese and what a nice experience it was!! I know not the regular kid zone experience! We walked in a noticed it was much smaller than any other Chuck E Cheese but it was also cleaner and the staff was nice and accommodating. We first went to the bathroom and my 4 year old was like mama it's smells fresh!! Now that tells you something!! Sparkling clean! The lady at the ordering counter told us the best way to order our pizza and man, was it fresh hot and GOOD!! The manager gave my son quite a few free tickets since it was his birthday. The power did go out but it was storming outside. The manager came and checked on us and updated us, it was only out for 3-4 mins tops!! Try it out, we were super pleased! read more

Okay... we went there today 8/14/23... we actually like coming to this Chuck E Cheese. It's close to home, the pizza is always good and I always look forward to the salad until today lol. So as I'm paying my hubby comes up to me and says "did you order a salad" I said yes, "he said I wouldn't eat that if I were you. I said why. He said that girl paid with cash at the salad bar, the lady took her cash (over the salad, with her gloved hands, took the cash to the lady at the register which I saw when she took the money to her) and he said she DIDNT CHANGE HER GLOVES!! And she started touching the salad with the same gloves like putting the salad in place... he said she started patting down stuff at the salad bar... then I said awww man... and the woman at the register asked him who did that and he said that lady over there... I know taking gloves on and off can be a hassle but please do so.. I work in healthcare so I know! And they should've have even allowed the girl to pay at the actual salad bar with cash!!! She should've been sent to pay at the register... needless to say the salad was never changed, I didn't eat it, nor was I offered a refund. But the pizza was nice and fresh as always. I've been to this location a couple times, including today. It's dirty and loud like all of the Chuck E Cheese. The machines aren't down though, I went to Dave and Buster's and 5 machines were in bad shape. Never had that here. I bought the 22 dollar card and got 70 minutes of play. They did mess up my pizza order once put I mostly consider this a good location. read more

Went there July 28, 2020. As soon as you walk in they take your temperature, everyone wore a mask and give you hand sanitizer. They promote social distancing. We felt safe the whole time we were there. There were two gentlemen cleaning the games the whole time we were there. They cleaned the balls and area that is touched. Will definitely take my kids out again. read more

We went to Chuck E Cheese for my daughters 6th birthday today. It started out rough, the 1st girl I encountered in trying ro get to my party table and get some drinks and tokens etc was very rude and my party started 10 minutes late. ... No big deal it was the encounter with the young lady that put me off. BUT then the manager, sorry didn't catch his name, tall stalky black man and my party hostess Brenda turned the party completely around. They were very apologetic, offered me a discount on my bill and took very good care of the party making sure we had everything perfect. And all of this treatment took place im spite of them being short staffed. It's not easy to change a situation thats starts poorly so my hats off to them. The host said " I don't even want to work" then she stayed at the entrance to chat with a male. She didn't even come take our order for pizza and tokens. Someone else luckily came out from the back to help us and she was very kind. The woman at the register did help us and was very kind. My son got invited to a birthday party, and like a good parent, I decided to grin and bear it. We arrived at this Chuck E. Cheese around 3pm. Having previously been to several different "kid venues", I usually keep my expectations low and just try to make it through. We were kindly greeted at the door and directed to the table our group was at. The pizza arrived quickly and it was good! The staff that sang the birthday song were totally awesome. They all had really good energy. The person that played Chuck E. Cheese was AMAZING. The performer was energetic and, might I say it, a damn good dancer. They did do a "ticket splash" that I wasn't very fond of, but my son loved it. (Chuck E. Cheese throws a cup full of tickets in the air over a bunch of kids, guess what happens....yep). 98% of the games worked. Cashing in the tickets was easy. The staff member at the counter was very kind/patient with us. Most of the children were supervised, there was only one little pillager, so it was easy to keep tabs on him. Everything felt clean. The staff member that helped us exit was even kind. We had a great time. I would recommend going early and leaving around 5-ish (because two hours is plenty). My only disappointment was that Munch's Make Believe Band didn't play. I swear those are the same animatronic robots that used to be Showbiz's Rock-afire Explosion. It was kinda cool seeing them just standing there still....because honestly, they were horrifying when they moved. On May 22nd 2015 I went there for the very first time. My ZTE ZMAX, personal/work phone, was stolen. I reported this to the staff members at the front desk but instead of helping me they turned me away. I started yelling if anyone has seen who had taken the phone away from me (it had been snatched away from my hand). They called the police on me and then handed the phone over. I tried to explain to the police dispatcher what had happened and was told that they would not be coming to check out the place as it was a petty theft. I was visibly upset and one staff member came up to me to tell me that four other phones had been stolen but not that of a man who had abandoned his keys and iPhone for over an hour. I am not sure how this was supposed to make me feel comforted or make me helped. The kids with me were also visibly disappointed as they were scared because someone had just ripped the phone from my hand and no one was helping. After a while, as we were about to leave, one of the staff members that called the police on me said he had spoken to his manager and that they were going to give me the surveillance tape and so they needed someone's phone number. My friend gave them his phone number and they said they would talk to him within the week but that never happened. I took it upon myself to call them and remind them of their promise but was turned away instead. I am very disappointed about the treatment towards me and the children that were with me at the time. We will never be going back to this place. I used the Lookout app and found out the thieves address. I called the police because the app kept showing me the same address. As soon as I told them where it was telling me it was located, they refused to check it out and advised me not to attempt retrieving my phone. It turns out that the thief lives in an area (West Dallas) surrounded by drug dealers, prostitution, and all sorts of criminal activity. Not even the police will go there. I guess those are their usual customers and the type of people that go to this Chuck E. Cheese. read more

We arrived at 11:10 and they opened at 11 and the doors were still locked we were like here we go with bad service but once inside they apologized. They hadnt made any food yet and the manager said she likes to wait until their first customers so its fresh which i liked . They gave us free tickets as well .
