You have a very different definition of high standards!!!I personally feel people have a right to know what goes on with their animals. I would want to know. Regardless of what you feel, she should and shouldn't have been doing to your standards, which the one towel thing doesn't seem like they too high to reach. That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.
