Amazing service! I took my Japanese imported van in to get a resonator installed. Without even asking they let me drive the van on and off the lift which I appreciated because RHD vehicles throws some people off. They did all of the work in about 30 minutes and I was blown away. They made my son cry! He has been stressed over his Subaru not sounding right. Rife with worry... he dropped it off at 8 am. Walked across the street for a coffee and 30 minutes later... came back and it was done. He started it up and it sounded like it's old self. Purred like a baby wolf as he named her. Updating my review below. They did a great job. Once the little troublemaker left, all was ok. This place was recommended to me by Jiffy Lube. The employee last week who looked at my car, Anthony, was professional, friendly, and cordial. I showed up today for my appt, no one was at the front desk. I'm disabled & in chronic pain and walk with a cane. A woman with 2 kids couldn't be bothered to offer one of the chairs to me. I called & left a voicemail on Punk's voicemail. This arrogant, entitled young woman apparently was listening to my call though I was deliberately speaking in a lot voice. Then she got in my face & tried to start a fight with me and accused me of rolling my eyes at her kids. Most normal humans would not start a fight over something like that, but here we are. Disabled seniors, vulnerable adults, in this country are treated like garbage. The fact that I'd been standing in pain didn't register with her at all. Then she went outside and started complaining about me to Kasey. I stepped outside & told Kasey what happened, and she slithered off. Customers like that scare away other customers. Punks was recommended by a trusted mechanic to custom build an exhaust for a machine we were restoring. The requirements were tough as the exhaust was required to fit under the profile of the fiberglass hood. Not only did they design a solution, they did so beautifully and stuck to the original quote despite the build taking more time than anticipated! Would give 10 stars if I could. read more

The guy flat out came out and told me that if I was trying to get better sound for my vehicle to just do deletes versus replacing the whole muffler and it would save me money. I haven't had my vehicle worked on yet, I find it very interesting that Punk's mufflers was the only company that told me that I couldn't replace my catilac converter with the a muffler. They carry reputable brands like Flowmaster and Magnaflow. My muffler was swapped out and a top was installed in about 30 mins. It even sounds better than a friend of mine who has the same truck motor but had a full exhaust done from a different place (boss thought his V8 was a V6). This place is awesome!! I had been experiencing a bad smelling exhaust, and got worried this fix would set me back over $1,000, as quoted by a previous auto parts shop. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and very knowledgeable. He got me in within 10 mins of my phone call for a free diagnostic test. Once the test was done, instead of gouging me for a ton of $, he said absolutely nothing was wrong with my car, I just need to make sure I use good fuel. I was shocked I didn't get charged anything for the test, and he didn't try to sell me on some bogus part or service! If there was a way to leave 8 stars, this establishment certainly deserves them! Kasey is a true professional in every regard and his wife is a charmer who handles to business details to a tee. I have a 2011 Toyota RAV4 that I wanted to install a performance muffler on and after speaking to Kasey over the phone, I knew he was the person who could do the work with a minimum of complication. Made an appointment, got there a few minutes early as he was just finishing another customer's truck, and he had my rig on the lift and was removing the old monster muffler within ten minutes of my arrival. He put together a beautiful Borla Pro XS muffler and extension piece, (the new muffler is about 1/2 the size of the OEM), welded the hangers up and had the entire job done in about a half hour. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail and the new system sounds absolutely amazing!
