Great place! We booked over the phone and the lady was very friendly and efficient. They sent us a confirmation text but I didn't see it. Luckily they were still able to groom our pup. There confirmation text says you have to confirm or they will cancel the appointment and may be able to fit you in at an increased price. So remember to confirm. I dropped our dog off at 8am and he was ready to be picked up about an hour later. He looked and smelled great. Another big plus they do not use cages. Previous grooming sessions at chain stores took 3-4 hours and used cages...not nearly as good for pet or owner. Their pricing is all inclusive and is competitive with chain stores. read more

Iif I could give 0 stars I would. Not only will these groomers man handle your animals (making them dance on camera for money etc) but they are extremely rude about any confrontation about it. Stating that if you make a comment about how that is wrong they should t be able to do it because they are the groomer. they do not care about the animal they are grooming and I dp not get reprimanded. if you want a good groomer find someone who doesn't push your dogs boundaries. We came here once for our dog and the appointment itself was good. We got lucky getting in that first time. Since then, though, it's been almost impossible to reach anyone. We've tried using their app and calling multiple times over the past two weeks. The calls either go unanswered or the number is incorrect, and the app is extremely user-unfriendly. It requires prepayment to book an appointment, but with no way to confirm if they're even open or available, it doesn't feel safe to put down money. Even the help page phone number doesn't work. We genuinely wanted to come back because the grooming was good, but with such spotty communication, we've had to find another place to go read more

They started working out of the home - it's clear they don't have the space to be operating a pet groomer out of the home. I wouldn't be concerned about it if my animal who is amazing didn't come out of there after a sanitary not able to jump onto the bed anymore. He's old. HE'S OLD! After booking an appointment within a 48 hour timeframe and said appointment not being confirmed right away I was charged after cancelling within minutes of confirmation of appointment. $85 for nothing. This is the BEST groomer in Las Vegas/Henderson area for sure! Especially for difficult CATS and scared dogs!!!! We take our two dogs and our cat there (who all can be very hard to groom as they are all nervous). BUT Ashley and her crew are so good at grooming the "hard to groom pets". We have taken our cat to other groomers, who as soon as they take her out of her carrier, she hisses and then they refuse to groom her. I don't think Ashley or her employees would ever refuse to groom any pet - no matter how difficult they are. I don't believe any of the bad reviews here because we have been going here for several years and never ever had a bad experience. Every time we have taken our pets in, we tell them how we want their cuts and they come out EXACTLY as we ask. We love the fact that they also take a picture of our pet! I want to let everyone know what fabulous groomers these ladies are. My Pom Pom went in to be groomed and they text me saying they had found a lump in Pom Pom's left front arm pit. I would never have found it because it was squishy. I am so thankful they let me know right away and I was able to get her to the Vet where he aspirated the tumor and we are now waiting for the results from the lab. Of course, we are hoping it is not the Big C but, these ladies were wonderful to let me know so I could have my sweet Pom Pom checked immediately. I say RUN RUN RUN!!! I messed up by bringing my dog here a second time. First time, I brought my dog in and the lady snaps at me tells me he's early when he was on time.. he had bad matting underneath wear his stomach. She told me she needed to cut a lot and I understood but they still left him hair on top and shaped the ears nice. Even the grooming wasent too bad but second time really showed true colors. First I was late 15 min to my appointment and the lady cancelled my appointment and said I'm able to bring him in but she would work on him in between other dogs, I told her I would but she left pushing me to reschedule. She then tells me she's leaving early? Im like why would u offer to bring him in then after I said agreed to another day she tells me she needs to charge me an reschedule fee of $25 so im paying a charge so this dumb ass worker can get off early? Snatching my money and time because she does not have time. I bring my dog in the second time, this other girl tells me she needs to cut him short and I told her no why? Bc I've been growing his hair. He's like a little teddy bear and I've being trying to keep him fluffy, I've been washing him and brushing him to make sure not a lot of matting occurs. My dog yayo only had alittle matting by his ear. She told me ok so i thought she understood me. I asked them about the reschedule fee and when I was there they tell me it's $20 not $25 so I was a bit relieved bc okay $5 less on top of this dumb charge bc the other lady wanted to switch up. I then asked them how long bc I'm at work and would need to notify my boss.. she told me 3 hours! Well they texted me 1 hour and half later saying he's ready and if u don't pick up ur pet within a certain time..guess what? A CHARGE FEE!! Lol!! Get the memo? That there a money hungry scammers. When I picked him up, I was shaking of how mad I was and I get mad just seeing these pictures!! They shaved him offffff they didn't even try to save his hair!! I could have gotten clippers at home and shaved him off and save my ass $120 and my time going back and fourth.!!! This other lady rude asf tell me it's $25 not $20 and the lady did not know what she was talking about. So they switched up back and fourth and she shouldn't have charge me shit bc there business is not on the same page. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! they also cut my dog by his private area. I seen bc my dog was crying out of no where and licking the area. It was deep. When I picked him up from his second appointment, yayo looks traumatized. My dog is soooo sweet loving and he's always soooo happy!! Even when I wash and dry him, he's very calm! He never lashes out so I know these people were messing with my dog and treating him poorly! Save ur Pets, time and money because these people should be shut down!!!! I will say nothing but bad things about this business and hopefully they lose business. We have used this place several times and never had an issue. This time we had a new groomer and what she did to our cat was horrendous. She all but shaved our Maine Coon bald, except for his head, legs and tail. He has always had issues getting matted fur on his underside so I would understand if they shaved his belly but what was done was completely unnecessary. The person who has always taken care of him before has done a great job and has stated that he was good during the grooming but unfortunately we didn't get her this time. What we got was a text saying our cat was DONE but they were unable to finish him (blend his fur) because he was frustrated. I guess maybe I was lucky she couldn't finish him otherwise he may have been completely bald!! They should be ashamed to have this person grooming animals. I love the fact that these ladies are so patient with my boys! My Akita puppy had his first bath and blow out with them and he looked so awesome. Wasn't upset or stressed out at all. The package came with a couple of things that weren't received. One of them being the cute accessory. He didn't receive any of the sort. My puppy still smelled like he wasn't given a bad or a poorly given one. The package claimed he would also receive a spritz of perfume but didn't seem like he received it, as he didn't smell of anything other than dog. It was a fast service finished in about 15 minutes. Which didn't seem indicative of a thorough job. His nails seemed as though only the smallest piece of the tip was snipped and had a bit of a rough edge, even though it said it would be filed. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place was very poor. The customer service was to say the least kept at the bare minimum. The business had to signage of what services they offered. The only one was on the counter and I noticed that it said that the paw balm was available upon request. I asked about it, and they said I could ask for it next time when I wasn't even checked out yet. Girls would answer questions if asked but didn't show the initiative to ease the pet parents minds. My puppy was unable to get groomed as she didn't have all her shots so she was matted. They were very accommodating and quick to schedule however my puppy has a cut underneath her eye and her bottom. WARNING!!! If you love and care for your pets do NOT bring them here. My cat had recently gotten neutered and had to wear a cone for two weeks. His fur got pretty matted and he's a long haired cat, so he's pretty hard to groom. I explained all this to the lady when she made my appointment. I showed up to my appointment today and the woman at the front was incredibly rude. She said wouldn't be able to shave him in an incredibly condescending tone, even though when I made the appointment they were aware of the circumstances. Not even 1 hour later I get a call that he's ready and he looks absolutely terrible. He's patchy uneven and the job was less than halfway finished. They also told me that he would have to be sedated to take the Matt's out, which is ridiculous. They were not even that bad or deep, it just required time and work, which they clearly did not have or want to put in. I had to take my cat to the other side of town to get regroomed due to their negligence. She only charged me for a half hour, but it was quite literally the worst grooming job I've ever seen. When I confronted the owner she accused me of being an animal abuser and neglecting my cat. I did no such thing. She also said I could come "pick up the Matts and see for myself". How stupid. She also cut him and claimed he was hysterical. If you're inexperienced, say that. Don't hurt my kitten and then blame me for being a so called abuser. Unprofessional, rude, and downright cruel!!
