I asked could she tell me where the seamoss was she looked up looked confused then just pointed to the to the fridge/cooler and went back to looking at her phone. Now granted it was right next to me I don't know how I missed it....Lol Anyhoo I paid and she didn't say a word. I went back the next month because I hadn't found another place to get it(thankfully I have my go to spot for seamoss now). Grabbed it and was in and out in 5 mins. I still didn't like the vibes. So I refused to go back. Fast forward to two weeks ago, NN kept coming up on my TikTok I decided to give them a try again but for something else. I'm looking to have an all natural skincare routine. I regularly order the Thai basil rice and chicken wings, and the flavor seems to vary from visit to visit. The dishes that originally made me a fan just haven't been hitting the same way recently. The pricing is also on the high side. I was surprised to be charged separately for fried rice and then again for vegetables without any protein included something I haven't encountered at other Thai restaurants. My most recent experience was especially disappointing when my order was incorrect, and I wasn't able to get a response from the restaurant until the following day. There's a lot of potential here because the food can be excellent when it's on point. I hope the restaurant focuses on consistency in both the kitchen and customer service, as I'd love to see it return to being one of my go-to Thai spots.

Chef Dix not only prepared a fabulous menu for us to prepare, but he carefully showed us "tricks of the trade" on how to chop, dice, slice, and julienne with ease and like a pro. He taught us how to properly hold the cutting knife and how to let the knife do all the work. He taught us to use fresh herbs and spices to bring life to ordinary dishes.
