Some older gentleman was ringing me up then told me I had to go back to Banfield for some verification. When I went back there for him to ring me up he was gone. I asked him to finish checking me out and he said he couldn't that he was a cat trainer. I guess their employees do several jobs, instead of focusing on one which maybes them very distracted and unorganized.

Both store and groom area were dirty, urine and fur on floor, way too crowded, and rude. PetSmart has lost me as a customer ever again as all parts of the visit were disappointing.

In 4 weeks of private, very reasonably priced training, Tillan learned not to lunge in fear at strangers or dogs. He learned to heal and walk calmly beside me, mastering "Leave It", heal, side, sit and SHH. I can take him for walks in the park, farmers markets and outdoor events/ restaurants. Next up is Service dog training for my hearing impairment. There is a 4 year wait for these service dogs, and I knew Boston Terriers were a smart breed.
