Was a customer there for 6 months and really struggled with their level of grooming expertise. Last week was the final straw when I left specific instructions for them not to cut our 1 year old Standard Poodle's ears and to my shock after a 3 hour grooming his ears where cut super short and the owner refused to apologize. I made an appointment for my dog two weeks ago using their app. I was required to make a deposit which I did. Bank showed money was taken out. For two weeks Pup N Cuts didn't confirmed the appointment. I called today and the person I spoke to told me there is no appointment. I don't understand how they take the customer's deposit without making the appointment. The rep told me to make the appointment online again. When I asked her if we could do it over the phone she initially refused. Apparently she couldn't be bothered. She was also very rude. read more

Having just moved to the area, I was a little nervous finding a new groomer for my fluffy boy considering I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with groomers. Luckily this place is AMAZING. Staff was super nice and honest about what my pup actually needed. They gave Koda a bath and blew out his undercoat, along with a little trim around the edges. They require a 24-hour notice for cancellation, which is reasonable. Their online system for appointments doesn't allow for cancellations, so I left a voicemail message advising of the cancellation, over 30 hours in advance. Within 1.5 hours of my message advising of the cancellation, my credit card was charged a $40 missed appointment fee for the appointment that I cancelled for the following day. I left three messages over three days and received no return call in spite of requests each time for a return call. I finally stopped into the grooming shop to address the inaccurate missed appointment charge. Initially the owner claimed she hadn't received the first call advising of the cancellation, however I showed her the evidence of the calls I had made at the specific times, and that they'd charge my credit card for a missed appointment fee 29 hours before the appointment time. She couldn't refute that fact, and only then agreed to refund the $40 fee they inaccurately charged. She advised she wasn't able to refund the amount immediately and would send an email confirming the $40 refund. It's now over 24 hours later and no confirmation of my refund. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, which fortunately they will take care of. This is terrible customer service and poor business management so we won't return to this grooming business. read more

I'm a pet sitter, and many of my clients take their pets here. My dog doesn't need grooming as far as his coat since he's short hair, and I can bathe him at home. But, I do need a professional to trim his nails since they are black, making it hard to see the quick. Plus, he absolutely HATES getting them done. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years (this morning when I couldn't walk my dogs because of the heat I saw someone walking her dogs and actually recommended Pup n Cuts to her and said I would be walking mine tomorrow because they would be groomed. I went to my 12 noon appointment today (which was confirmed via text by me and Pup N Cuts) and was told that they couldn't work in two dogs but they would graciously refund my no-show from yesterday (I didn't have an appointment yesterday and we confirmed that the date on my text was today). The person at the counter said there must be a communication error between us (?!) and implied that somehow it was my fault. I called well in advance and waited for 6 days for an appointment for both dogs. I have always been willing to pay a higher price and tip generously for their services but I will never go back and now I am in the market for a new groomer. Very frustrating not to be accommodated at all and ridiculous to be given a "Favor" of refunding my no show charge due to their mistake. read more

I originally rated this company a full 5 stars. The staff seemed so nice and welcoming and my dogs looked great after their appointments. Unfortunately, one of my dogs has been EXTREMELY ill since we went there (5 days ago). I have called twice, asking to just know if they fed her anything or if anything happened. Both women I spoke to took down my informayion, saying they would contact the groomer and the owner, and I haven't heard a single thing back. I was at first feeling understanding that mistakes happen, but now I am left with a very sick dog and no answers. Im extremely disappointed because my initial reaction of this place was so great. This is my first time getting my dog groomed at Pup-N-Cuts. Service was great and the grooming was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the price wasn't very clear.. they charged me $35 for only the bath and that varies between different dogs. They don't have a price for bath at all, they just look at your dog and give you a price that way. It isn't very clear how they determine the price but make sure you ask them before dropping off your pet for any treatment at their salon. This would normally have been a 5-star rating. We have been using Pup-N-Cuts for ~5 years and have been pretty happy with them. We are loyal customers and always on time. However, we recently had a medical emergency and missed our appt...subsequently notified them, apologized, and rescheduled. They ended up charging us for a $25 missed appointment. I left a voice message to let them know of the disappointment and requested they refund us. I also sent an email for follow-up. No responses from either. We will not return, because as loyal customers who had a legitimate emergency, this was not the right way to be treated. read more

We've been customers here for a while with no issues. Unfortunately, my dog's paw was cut in the process of grooming, and she ended up tracking blood through part of my home. When I called Pup-N-Cuts, they seemed very unconcerned and told me "that just happens since most customers want their dog's nails as short as possible." They didn't cut her nails, they cut her paw pad and refused to take ownership. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and would suggest others consider somewhere with a little more accountability should this happen to their pup. read more
