They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. A day before my appt I called (was on hold super long, eventually got hung up on by accident) and they couldn't find my appt. The gal helped me make one very quick over the phone though. Their website also says they are closed/no appts Sunday Monday & Tuesday, but they are open M & T. Anyway-- staff was great though the experience wasn't great before. Was on hold for a very long time when I called, but they were able to accommodate an appt switch once we did get in touch. Nice front desk guy, vet and vet tech were all very sweet- quickly booked next appt, called us for any issues with our pet and finished everything promptly. I believe the audio was being recorded on an iPad (it's no problem), but no permission was asked beforehand, which is strange since other vets do. In conclusion-- this is a business you HAVE to call to get help, would totally recommend in person service once you are there, would return if needed.

I brought my dog in while already emotionally overwhelmed because my oldest dog had passed away only a month earlier. I was terrified something was wrong with my other dog, and all I wanted in that moment was reassurance that my dog was okay. When I called later in the evening, I had a tense interaction with the front desk employee because I was emotional and on high alert. I later told the doctor to apologize to the front desk staff on my behalf because I recognized I was upset and speaking out of fear and grief. What I never expected was for the situation to escalate the way it did. After a bill went unpaid for only a few hours, the police were contacted and I was detained before the matter was resolved and paid. Being detained in front of neighbors and my people who know my family was humiliating. It was also traumatic for my children who were present. As a longtime client, I expected more compassion, communication, and professionalism. Especially given the emotional circumstances surrounding my dog's health and the recent loss of another pet. Instead, I was treated like a criminal over a bill that was resolved almost immediately. I understand businesses need to protect themselves, but the lack of empathy and the speed at which this escalated completely destroyed my trust in this clinic.

Last minute changes happen and Steven hasn't charged cancellation fees, but he also has been able to schedule walks with little notice. I know our dog is in good hands and safe on each and every walk so I can focus on my job.
