The choice of tag I used astounded me when the employee said that the tiny tag can write up to 4 lines plus the backside. I was super shocked & relieved because my boy's necks/ body weight are the tiny size & not a more strong-like neck (like that of a dog or adult cat) such as a larger sized tag, which I was sure I needed to fit the long names. If anyone needs a find I'd recommend Mini Pet Mart (especially, for instance, cheapest cigarettes & their friendliest customer service) if pet supplies are being searched.

Eli did great with my Australian shepherd Wrigley! She listened to my concerns and confirmed my service needs and was very communicative about my expectations and grooming preferences. Wrigley is generally good with grooming, just not a big fan of the dryers. Eli has previous experience with Aussies and did a great job with him! He came out fresh and clean and extra soft! The pricing is very reasonable as well for a dog his size and needs. There was also an option of paying online instead of taking it to the cashier and coming back to pick up which is nice. We will bring him back to get groomed by Eli again for sure!

BUT this time is different as my visit was for my recently adopted kittens "I recently got two kittens and as a first time cat owner I did not own any cat supplies. I knew the basics that I would need but I got everything I needed and more from PetSmart! I was impressed with the selection of products and the cleanliness of the store. Friendly staff. I was asked if I needed help finding anything. Since I was getting a lot of supplies (more than I had anticipated), the staff kindly let me leave my full (and heavy) basket at the cash register so I could continue shopping without having to carry my basket all over. It really eased my way and provided a calmer shopping experience. The associate at the register informed me of the PetSmart app and helped me create an account which was easy as 1, 2, 3! She was nice and friendly! I felt nervous purchasing so many items and was worried about what other people might think... but the register lady was very kind and helped to load my shopping cart. I have been frustrated elsewhere trying to get our picky dog the food he will eat and it has been here every time I go in. The store is also very clean, a little cluttered which is pet peave of mine, trying to navigate aisles and customers (and pets). Stores need to stop filling the aisles with product. (Past life I was a grocery manager). Employees in the store tend to ignore you, but the cashiers are polar opposite and make me leave with a smile.

After choosing the frozen route was given information on the options as well as the purchase club which allows discounts or a "free" package after set number of purchase. Honestly it's not for all dogs as our sr dog on FreshPet turned her nose up but they were spot on for the puppy. Had to buy a "maze dish" ( which they carry) to slow down the eating. I was in a lot of pain and might have to have surgery. So I called and canceled my request for the bird and asked for a refund. The owner was so upset that she called me a name ( that I will not repeat). She told me that she had a No Refund policy, that I was not aware of, she had not told me that at any time when we spoke of the bird before. I told her that I didn't think that was appropriate in my case. Then she said that she would refund my money after she found a bird and placed it in another home. That was on December 9th of last year. At the time we spoke she had not found the bird that I had requested and has not responded to my emails or calls or text messages asking for the refund. I have had the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency contact her and she has not responded to them either. It has now been 4 months and I have not received nor heard from her yet. That is very bad business!
