This review is long overdue but we got our 2 puppies from here about 4 months ago! Tina and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating and they made themselves very accessible if we had any questions or concerns about our new pups. I am pretty allergic to most dog breeds but Tina assured me that these dogs were all hypoallergenic and pretty simple to take care of as long as you give them the proper love and attention :) If you are looking for a new addition to your family, I highly recommend this place! OMG! ANIMAL LOVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I was at Boba Ya the other day and I decided to walk across the street and check out this new store. I came in and right as I walk in to the door, one of the ladies that work here told me to push the gate open and close it as fast as I could. The weird thing was, the gate wasn't even intact. It was just blocking the door. Anyways, I did what they told me and decided to check their puppies out. This place is a SADDDD excuse for a pet store. All the puppies look so sad. I really thought a lot of them had problems because some weren't responding and some were pacing back and forth. A lot of them look like they weren't being taken care of. The little rooms that they were kept it looked sketchy and looks like it was made from a inexperienced carpenter and some puppies looked dirty. My friend almost bought a dog here once. The ladies tried to persuade them to get it and even told them that they could return it if they weren't satisfied. WTF?! Return a puppy? It's a freaking dog not a handbag! I get so mad sometimes thinking about puppy mills like this. The only reason why they have a return policy is because a lot of them probably don't have a family history and are prone to a lot of health problems. Don't buy a dog here. If you do want a dog, adopt. Or at least do some research and get it from a respectable breeder. read more

Very disappointed with this place. It deserves ZERO stars but the app doesn't allow it so I have to give it one star. We were at 31 flavors and decided to go across the way. I took my boys to the puppy store to look for our new puppy and as soon as we walked in the store, the employee acted so scared and surprised we were there. They acted as if I had walked in with a mask and gun. It was only my husband and my two little boys. Soon right after the owner shows up. I then placed my finger on the glass to see if the puppy would react, because it looked sad and miscared. The owner rushed over to me and place himself between the glass and me, preventing me to have any contact. I then asked the owner for the price on a puppy my lil boy fell in love with. He told me it was sold. I replied that it didn't show sold anywhere on the cage. He grabbed a dry eraser from behind the counter, went to the glass cage, and wrote "sold" on the glass. He looked at me and says, "see says sold". I then ask him to see another puppy my boys had liked very much. He tells me we cant see him right now because the puppy can get sick if we touch him. He said to go back in a few days. I have never felt so discriminated in my life. The owner made us feel so unwelcome, even my boys felt sad:-( I would never recommend any one to come and purchase a dog from here unless you want to break your kids hearts. His behavior and comments made me feel he was Racist to any race not being their own.....this place is as bad as ooohh puppy. read more

My dog is terrified about this place. I've heard my dog yelp in pain few times, and I have had my dog come back without no eyelashes. I feel like they might be handling my Shitzhu aggressively, and without much heart. I had times where I suspect that they don't even wash my dog and my dog just comes back with the perfume powder. I find the place a little suspicious, so just be aware of your dog's condition before and after. read more

Have been bringing my dog here for the last year or so every 3-5 months. They get the job done for $35 - trim hair, cut nails, and give bath. I've had both really great and really horrible experiences here. I think it's important to take your dog in when they're not all too busy so your dog gets the attention he/she deserves but that's as capricious as capricious gets. My dog isn't the biggest fan of this place but I'm assuming most dogs don't like their groomers. I'm actively looking for a better place around the area. I took my dog here for a trim almost three or four years ago and ever since then, she has had this really irrational fear of going into buildings. She would start trembling whenever she hears the sound of a razor or hairdryer being turned on, which makes me question to what degree of abuse my dog experienced while staying here for a cut. The lady was also extremely careless and nipped my dog with the razor in a lot of places that had her bleeding in several areas. The grooming service sucks. Don't go there. A year or two later, I came back and bought an adorable Golden Retriever for close to $250, which was a steal at that price! I was really happy, but then the poor thing started to excrete diarrhea for days. We had to return it and the owner "traded" the Golden Retriever for a Pomeranian. We took that sweetheart back and things went well for a month... until she started vomiting after every meal. One time, she vomited a LIVE ROUNDWORM that was almost seven inches long! Horrified, my mother told me to take the dog back immediately and the owner argued that the dog had all of its vaccines, yet never showed me any veterinary paperwork for them. The owner refused to refund my money but gave me a fourth of the money I spent in store credit, which I was NOT interested in. I stayed away from this place for a year or so until I just stopped to see the dogs on display. There were puppies rolling in feces, and some of them looked too young to be taken away from their mothers. Very disheartening. I wouldn't be surprised if these puppies were bought from corrupted breeders and puppy mills. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more

Like another reviewer said, I would give this place 0 star if I could. My dog came home with super red eyes. We first thought it might have been from irritation, but we later found out that this retinal hemorrhage was most likely from choking. Please do not take your dog here unless you don't care about your dog. There are so many other places that can groom your love without using too much force. read more

If I could give this 0 Stars I would. I recently took my dog here 2 days ago, that night she started scratching all the time. Until I looked at where she was scratching It was bleeding I had to cover her wound because I didn't want it to get worst. And then I noticed she had a lot of bald spots they cut her hair too close to her skin that it made it irritated a lot. I know this is a cheap place to get your puppy to trim 35$ but its not worth it if your puppy is going through a lot of pain. I hope they close this place down, its like they don't even give a shit about the other dogs. I feel bad for the small puppy's that are trap in that place with horrible owners. read more

I've been taking my maltese to this groomer for years now. I've never tried another place so I thought it was normal for my dog to freak out everytime he entered this place. A few times, I did find cuts on his skin but I figured that was just from him being combative during grooming. However, the last time I was here my dog's eyes were blood red and the owner told me he tried to bite her. So what did she do to him????? I am now very suspicious of what goes on in that place and will be taking my dog elsewhere. read more

There prices are fair and the staff is really friendly. My wife and I purchased a English bulldog from this business and we immediately took Halo to the vet to get a check up. The dog was in perfect health and we feel very confident that we purchased a well bred AKC puppy from this business. One thing I will say is that the owner does not take Discover or American Express. I found this to be quite an inconvenience and that is the main reason I am not giving this business a five star review. Also because it seemed like the owner was pushing to do a cash deal. As a business owner I can relate to Visa and MasterCard transactions, compared to Discover and Amex. Nevertheless in this day in age, I would think a business would be willing to take any form of payment to earn our business. I think this is a fair review and I hope the owner reads this and takes into account what one of his good paying customers has to say. English bulldog puppies are one of the most expensive breeds to purchase and to care for. read more

I took my dog there recently for a summer haircut. The place did a good job with the actual haircut. However, after my dog came back from this place, he suddenly became really afraid to get in the car and hesitant to even go for a walk. I can only attribute it to my dog being afraid of going back to this place. It makes me wonder what kind of treatment my dog received in this place. If I have thought about looking up this place here at yelp before I took my 2 precious puppies, I would not be so frustrated as I am now. Just as someone wrote here my puppy came out ugly, smelly and most horrible thing was that one of my puppy was limping. I was referred by someone who takes their puppies to there and was informed that they were great. I guess, like someone mentioned, you have to know the owner to get a proper service for worth of $35. ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dropped off my miniature maltese and my jack russell mix dog yesterday to get groomed. When I came to pick them up and I was ready to pay, the korean lady said my 5 lb maltese is going to be $45! and my 15 lb mix dog would be $35 even though the pricing on the wall specifically says small dogs under 15 lbs is only $25!!! I complained and said why didn't they tell me that when i dropped my dogs off??? They can't just change up the prices to however they feel they want to change it to! The lady saw i was getting really upset and lowered the price to $40....big woop. Then i asked her if they gave my dogs a flea dip like i asked and she said no because they didn't have any fleas, when i assessed my dogs bellies at home, sure enough they had tons of fleas still and they were scratching like crazy! THEN, as she handed me over my dogs, my little mix dog seemed a little traumatized. I didn't really thing anything of it, but once i got home, i realized she was limping and everytime you would touch her hind legs, she would cry. What did they do to her there??? I am taking her to the vet tomorrow and if they find something wrong with my dog, i am reporting this horrible place to animal police. I bought my little dog from here, she's a great dog and I love her more than anything, I've also taken her to be groomed here a few times. Today, as someone else posted before me, I'm pretty sure they didn't even wash her, just cut her hair, and sprayed her with the dog perfume. She reeks of it, and her hair cut is totally uneven and messy, they didn't trim her nails, and she seems traumatized. Yes we bought her from there and she was in good health but there are tons of other puppies that look sickly and malnourished. They advertise their puppies as toy or teacup and they grow to be much bigger. Pretty sure they lie about the birth dates and are selling them way before they are weaned so they appear smaller. None of them are pure breeds - mixes of Maltis, poodles, yorkies, chi's, all just interbred, but selling for $1-2000. read more

The worst grooming store I have ever went to in my entire life ! Never go to this place! All they want to do is make money and do not care for animals at all!!!! I took my 1 year old baby to this grooming place because I live near by and decided to try them out. When I went to go pick him up after grooming, he was drooling so much that he was drained with saliva. I asked them why he is drooling so much and they told me that it is because he was nervous from grooming. This never happened to him at other grooming before. I took him home and realized that he started acting weird right after he got home. He started to rub his neck on the wall and on the sofa. I looked at his neck and there was a big scar, more like a big skin scraped out of his neck, and was covered with the handkercheif. I called them right away but they were already closed. I went the next day and they denied that it was from the grooming. Then where else???? I took him to the hospital next door and they also said that it looks like a cut from a razor blade and that they never recommend that place because there has been a lot of dogs comming in because of some sort of cuts from the grooming. I went back to the grooming with the bill from the hospital and they still refused to give me a refund. I told them I would go to small claims and then she says, " This is rediculous" and gave me the refund, but as I was walking out, she threw a pen on the wall. All they care about is making money off of poor little pets. The owner is very rude and careless!! As it is already mentioned from the previous reviewer, it is really sad to see the puppies inside a tiny cage where they dont even look like they are taken care of. STAY AWAY !!! read more

I took my shih tzu and my poodle mix in today.for grooming.after readind other reviews I was almost sorry that I had taken them in.I picked them up and they were happy and looked good. At other groomers they were shaking with fright when picked up. I highly recommend puppy love and will only go there from now on. I might add that both my dogs are difficult to groom. read more
