They took our girl to the vet, got her medication, and sent us photos and updates every few hours. Autumn and Haley were especially great with updates and the rest of the crew is fantastic. We never had doubts with them but we were extremely impressed with their handling of a medical issue while we were out of town. We highly recommend them.

We can tell that these ladies truly care about our animals as if they were our own. When I call for Piper, she always says "oh, does Mitzi need to come in too?" I mean, this place has top notch service!! This the best dog grooming place in SE MI. I have lived in the east suburbs, Ann Arbor burbs, and the west suburbs. I have tried many a grooming place out of convenience and I continue to make the trip to Elite because they are just THAT special. Everywhere else I go you get far less for your money. They also have special information cards for each dog that comes there so you basically just have to drop off your dog for the usual and they know exactly what to do. You can tell the place is amazing because when you call for an appointment, they are usually booked up weeks in advance. Take your pets here for their grooming- you seriously won't be sorry. Also, the prices here cannot be beaten either. Best of both worlds!!!

First let's get started when I first started going there my dog was only 8 weeks old I would take him In to get his nails cut and the ladys where so nice so I decided once he was ready to start grooming they would be my first pick ! 2 years later of loyalty and tipping them 20.00 everytime I went in "that was every 6-8 weeks" I missed one appointment due to me having surgery and they dropped me like I was nothing !! So because my dog was so use to going to them I literally begged them to take my dog ! So they finally did!! When I went to go pick my baby they stopped me and said why did you wright a bad review on us Literally on the spot I explained to her I was very upset I was dropped just like that! She looked at me and said take it off !! I apologized and walked out!! When I got into my car I could not believe what I seen my dog had cuts everywhere the worst one was by his eye I was going to go back in there and go off !! But I vowed never to go there not even if I had to cut his hair myself!! He was scared for a week!! Shame on them they are the worst place to go !!!
