Quaint little place here in Springfield for some good Salvadoran food at good prices.

I've been coming here to Tio Chilo for. Couple of years now and I love this place. It is family owned and run, and everyone here is friendly even if you don't speak Spanish. All of the Salvadoran dishes I have sampled have been delicious and priced very nicely. Enjoy y'all

This is a neighborhood favorite. It is far from fancy but the food and the service are great!

What a wonderful surprise. Very tasty and authentic offerings as well as a natural fruit bar for smoothies. We will certainly be back again.

Best hole in the wall in Springfield. Cheap, friendly service.l, and amazing food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The pupusas were nice sized and were around three dollars each. It is a small restaurant, but it has a pleasant enough ambiance. My server was extremely friendly and professional. I went with three pupusas, two mixed and one steak and cheese. When my plate was brought, the pupusas looked great. They also tasted great. The cabbage was okay, but nothing special or great. Maybe even mediocre, but the pupusas were very good. Parking wasa bit limited in the front, but they had additional parking in the rear. I would definitely recommend Mami Panchi Gtill if you are in the Springfield, Tennessee area. I will give Mami Panchi Grill five stars.

I had the lengua (beef tongue) the chicharron (pork skin) and the chorizo (sausage) all were very good and very filling. I didn't need 3 for sure. The chorizo was by far my favorite and I will def have it again sometime. I walked in and it was pretty slow for a lunch time. I walked right up and ordered at the counter. The girl was very nice and helpful and my food was out in about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend you try this spot out if you are in the Springfield area.

My partner and I visited on a Friday evening around 7:30pm and it wasn't overly crowded (it was also raining...so take that into account). I ordered a pork/cheese pupusa along with a carne asada baleadas. The Pupusa was served with all the typical staples: slaw in a HUGE container and the hot sauces. They came out hot and fresh with the perfect blend of soft, flavorful inside and crisp exterior. This was my first time trying baleada, a popular El Salvadorian comfort food. It was very satisfying and quite large: a soft flour tortilla with refried beans, eggs, and meat. The star of the show (aside from the Pupusa) was the beef tacos. These were flavor bombs with a nice char on the meat. Will order again. The staff was friendly and their offer their menu in Spanish and English. The kitchen is open, and you can see the staff working hard on your meal after you order. This is now added to my list of staples in Nashville. Looking forward to being a frequent visitor.
