    Chilaquiles Divorciados

Dropped in during our stay at AutoCamp. Plenty of parking available. Upon arrival, we were quickly greeted and seated by the host, Beatriz. If you like Chilaquiles, but can't decide on green or red, you can order "Chilaquiles Divorciados." Also, a great way to decide which you'd like to order again (for locals). I ended up enjoying the red chilaquiles the most; sauce had a good authentic flavor. I also recommend asking for their chip salsa to dress your eggs. Overall, an all around great food experience and service; Beatriz was a sweetheart.

Was in town and went for taco Tuesday. It's hard to beat these prices. The staff was great and the food came fast. The carnitas were my favorite

The old Sequoia Cider Mill Restaurant is now La Longosta. Sadly the smoker is gone. But the new ownership is continuing the tradition of large portions and friendly service. It's hard to beat any breakfast dish for $9.99.

Review: La Langosta - Three Rivers Rating: 2/5 stars I visited La Langosta around 6:00 PM, and while several tables were already occupied, there was only one server covering the entire floor. This led to a service experience that felt lackluster and stretched thin, which is a tough spot for any single staff member to be in during the dinner rush. The Appetizers As is standard, we were started with chips and salsa. They serve two varieties, and the pico de gallo was easily the highlight of the pair. Unfortunately, the green salsa was disappointing and lacked any real depth or flavor. The Food The menu offers a wide variety of choices. We opted for two dinner combos: * Plate 1: Chile relleno, carne asada taco, and a cheese enchilada. * Plate 2: Chile relleno and a carne asada taco. Both were served with white rice, beans topped with cotija cheese, and a small side salad. The salad was dressed with a very watery Thousand Island dressing that didn't add much to the meal. While the beans and rice were standard, the main items were just "okay"--nothing particularly stood out. The biggest disappointment was that one of the plates arrived cold, which gave the impression that the components might have been reheated in a microwave rather than prepared fresh to order. The Atmosphere & Authenticity Overall, the flavors felt safe and somewhat muted. It seems the kitchen is catering more to the local Three Rivers tourist demographic rather than staying true to authentic roots. If you are looking for bold, traditional Mexican cuisine, this might fall short of expectations. I left feeling like I was still on the hunt for a truly standout meal in town.

Came up here for a weekend trip. Wanted some grub. The carne asada was actually good. A little on the greasy end. The burrito of asada 7/10. Shrimp Fajitas 6/10. Combo #3 7/10. The shrimp with bacon was good. Salsa was mild. Quesadilla 7/10. The girls at the front desk were very nice. Phone order was done on time. Restaurant was spacious and clean.

Ala carte shrimp and. Fish taco &11.00 for both - delicious and. 3. Salsa all good too.

This place is amazing! The service is great and above all, the food is truly authentic Mexican food. All the flavors are there and the portions are pretty big. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We were greeted with nicely. The servers were very attentive and the place was clean and well taken care of. Our server was Jenny. Very nice lady and always was checking in to see if we needed anything. We were started off with chips and salsa. I will say that the red salsa (salsa roja) was very spicy but it was good! I told my mom it reminded me of hers and she agreed! They also brought us a guacamole salsa and green salsa (salsa verde) which both were good. All three salsas were authentic in flavor and over all good! Even the tortilla chips. For our plates, which I will say, the portions are big! My dad got the molcajete and he couldn't finish it but he said it was very good and tasty. It had shrimp, chicken, ranchera meat, chorizo sausage, and cheese. My dad asked if it came with octopus and the server said no but that they would be happy to add it and so they did! My dad was very pleased with his plate. My mother got the longosta plate. She also enjoyed it and said it was flavorful! I ordered a chicken gordita and a pupusa because I thought they were small but they were pretty big and I couldn't finish either of them. However, they were very good and good size for the price, $8. Overall, great experience, deliciously authentic food and great service! I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic food and experience!…read more Tried on a whim after a day at Sequoia, not expecting too much after seeing the Yelp stars, but all expectations were blown out of the water. Staff were immediately welcoming, personable to talk with, patient, and helpful not just to us but all other guests around! We sat at one of the many outdoor patio tables, which made for exactly the relaxing mood we needed. The complimentary fresh chips and salsa were finished before the waiter returned to take our order. Both are clearly made fresh, with the chips being very visibly cut, fried, and seasoned and the salsa being refreshing and slightly spicy. The wet burrito supreme was filled with tender, juicy beef shreds and topped with a red sauce packed with flavor. The chicken and mole was a delightful surprise to see on the menu, and it blew our minds! The thigh, leg, and breast chunk were wonderfully tender but still firm enough to not just become part of the sauce, which was packed with flavor, smokiness, and richness. The beef flautas were admittedly a little hard and the weakest plate on the table, but it was compensated by the rice and beans being nicely seasoned and cooked to the perfect texture/consistency.

We ordered 1/2 Quesadilla, 1 burrito California, 2 crispy taco chicken ala carte, 1 fish taco Ala carte, 1 veggie Tostada flat tortilla on side mild sauce, 2 horchata, 1 orange juice, 1 jarritos. Service was very good. Staff were very friendly. Loved the horchata in the hot afternoon. Fish taco was very yummy. Loved the cheese quesadilla. The portion size was very generous. Loved the ambience. We sat outdoor and loved it. I also liked the interior paintings of the popular scenic views of seqoiua national Park. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I would visit again too.

Some of the best reviews were many years ago. I ordered the chile verde burrito, wet, and my girlfriend ordered the fish taco Friday special. Chile verde has different sized pork chunks in a delicious green sauce but the meat was inconsistent in size with most pieces being rock hard, or fat/gristle. No pieces were tender. Chile verde should be tender. I can make better Chile verde in an Instant Pot with pork shoulder and a jar of Herdez green salsa. I trim my meat well though. No surprises. The fish tacos were attractive. They resembled fish sticks though. They had a bread crumb coating, were cooked earlier, and reheated before putting in the taco shell. Not beer batter fried aka Baja style. The taco shells were soft yellow corn tortillas with the texture of flour tortillas. These tortillas were really good! Avocado and fresh cilantro was a nice touch. No special fish taco sauce was used, but might improve the fish sticks. Rice was a solid hit for both of us. We make it like this at home with shrimp/tomato bouillon. The beans were ok. I ended up "returning" the inedible chile verde and they dutifully replaced it with a different burrito. The service was 5/5. The place itself is clean and neat and spacious. No complaints there.

In contrast, I will begin by highlighting the positive aspects before addressing the negatives…read more (Positives) The food quality has significantly improved under the ownership of the new management. They have introduced additional entertainment options for children and expanded the menu with TV screens displaying the menu and a more contemporary design. (Negatives) The cashier station is frequently unattended, and even when it is staffed, customers often experience poor service due to the lack of respect and attention provided by the cashier. If customers request condiments such as ketchup, they must approach the front, which is barebones and lacks essential amenities. The atmosphere remains unchanged, and if customers make an error in their orders, they are refused service and instructed to repeat the order, which incurs additional charges. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of cleanliness, evidenced by sticky floors and a dead fly on one of the tables. The sodas taste watered down, and attempting to request a refill is met with a disapproving look from the staff. Conclusion: Super Taco retains its reputation as a popular establishment, but the quality of food is not the only factor that contributes to the overall experience. The lack of respect and the sense of uncleanliness are significant concerns that should be addressed to provide a more satisfactory dining experience.
