My go tos are chicken tacos, chicken nachos, chicken taco salad, and the absolute best thing for me is always the blackened fish tacos. They are superb and I haven't had anything like them for miles around. My husband is an avid meat eater and loves it all. He also asks for a side of the habanero sauce to kick it up a notch.
