I really enjoy the food here, and the prices are great, so it's disappointing to leave this rating. I've been here a few times, but this visit left a bad impression. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged $1.98 for a bottled water I didn't order. When I asked about it, the cashier, Jose, first said it was for ice. When my wife asked for clarification, he changed his answer, saying it was for filtered tap water--$1.00 for the water and $0.98 for tax. The food is excellent, but be sure to check your bill before paying. Unfortunately, it seems like overcharging customers is acceptable here.

Next to pupusas, soup and other Salvadoran foods, they have sandwiches, breakfasts and other menu items that would be more at home on a diner menu than a Salvadoran restaurant menu. Since I am pretty much obsessed with pupusas, I went with three pupusas. They were fairly priced at three dollars a piece. The ordering process is relatively straightforward. You go to the counter and place your order. When it is ready, they bring it to your table. My pupusas were brought to me with the expected slaw and sauce. I find that the best pupusas that I have had here in this country were in Nashville, Tennessee and I found some great pupusas at a flea market on Orange Blossom Trail here in Orlando, Florida, but comparing it to other pupusas that I have tried here in Orlando (other than the ones at the OBT Flea Market), they were good. Not great, not the type that would haunt my dreams, but good. If you are looking for a local place, this place is not a bad place. Not great, but overall decent. Overall, I will give it four stars.

I've had pupusas a few times, but it's been a while so I was really excited to come to Pupusas & Burritos Grill. When I saw they did a unique take on pizza as well I decided I had to get both options to see how they were. It turns out, both were awesome! The pizza was a bit like a typical "Florida Pizza" so to speak in that it wasn't super thin, it wasn't crispy, it wasn't wood oven, etc - it had a fluffy dough and a good amount of sauce and cheese. But what set it apart was the huge flavor! The sauce was really tasty, the dough was tasty and the cheese was good quality and stretchy without being oily. The added pesto all over the pizza was like someone just pureed fresh basil - it was SO good. The best "margarita" style pizza I've had in a long time! The Pupusas were exactly what you'd expect. A nice dough with a cheesy bean mixture inside which was both really tasty and made you want to eat it all in seconds. The side salad / coleslaw was surprisingly good as well, with a great oil and vinegar type dressing that made me eat it all up when I often leave coleslaw uneaten. Overall I loved everything - the girl who took the order was really nice and the food came out fast. Will definitely go back.

We've been here a few times and we love it so much that we keep returning at every opportunity we get. It's a small, family owned restaurant with simple, minimal decor and a very homely, welcoming vibe. Nothing fancy, just simple Latin food that's very reasonably priced and the flavors are always on point! The hosts/owners are some of the nicest, friendliest people we've come across and you can tell that they serve their guests with love. The sandwiches are fantastic and they make the best Cuban sandwich in the Kissimmee area that we've tried so far. The roast pork served with rice and beans (another staple in Latin cuisine) is lip smacking delicious! The pork is always perfectly cooked and we especially enjoy the red beans. So yum! The coffee and the horchata are fabulous too! This is the kind of place where you come for the delicious food and stay for the friendly service. A little piece of home away from home. We love this place! Highly recommend! Please visit this little slice of homely haven. You'll help a local business and a small family thrive while enjoying some absolutely lip smacking food.

I started with a classic pupusa stuffed with cheese, which was gooey and comforting, but the birria pupusa completely blew me away. It was savory, cheesy, and just plain delicious. The drinks were just as memorable. Their limeade was bright and refreshing, not your typical overly sweet lemonade. I also tried the passionfruit drink, and honestly, it might be my new favorite; fruity, tangy, and super refreshing on a hot day. For a bigger meal, I went with the steak served with rice and beans, and it was perfect. The meat was tender and seasoned beautifully, and the beans had that home-cooked flavor you can't fake. The whole plate felt hearty and satisfying. On top of great food, the staff was welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better. Los Cipotes has quickly become one of my top choices at World Food Trucks, and I'll definitely be back for more. I'm not sure if you would call outside a place of food trucks ambience but it was pretty good for what it's worth!

One of my kids needed a drink remade due to an accident, and he attempted to charge us for the remake and said "whose problem and fault is that?". My husband ordered a $27 plate of steak that was served re-heated. Customers deserve to be treated cordially and get what they paid for. One single pupusa is now $5.50, way overpriced. I would rather drive farther to get quality service and quality food. We will not be returning to this cash cow of an establishment.
