They fixed my Honda CRV after someone hit and run on the side of it,it took me a long time to decide to fix it because I did not have rental car, but I came here and they were so accommodated. They did the inspection with the insurance and gave my car back while they ordered the parts so I will have my car in the meantime, the car was fixed extremely fast and excellent work. Brought my Subaru crosstrek in for an estimate after an accident because they were one of the few Subaru authorized repair centers, and I was worried about the paint matching on my pearl white xv which was almost 10 years old. The estimate was fair, among the lowest of the 10 estimates I sought out, and upon returning months later, was recalled. I was informed of further damage after inspection, which was expected by myself and the team, however the fixes were explained and their remedies and their prices seemed fair. In about a week and a half, I picked up my car, and the work looked great. The paint was a great match, and all of the details were looked after. I had a sticker on my front badge which I was going to replace, but was surprised to see it was affixed to my new bumper already. I had also mentioned in passing that the wiring harness was damaged which had prevented my horn from functioning, and I was a bit concerned that I had forgotten to remind the crew before dropping it off, however it was replaced and my horn was working again after repairs. Additionally they took the step of doing a great wash and wax and it really showed off the work they had done. Other repair shops were much too happy to replace the entire hood because of a small paint crack which had formed during the accident, whereas pur applied the skills of their mechanics and body specialists in order to patch repair the minor defect. Does every slightly damaged bracket and non-structural component need to be replaced with a brand new component? Absolutely not, and this shop gets that. Serviceable components were repaired and reinstalled. Complex features such as the eyesight cruise control and entertainment center were unaffected through electrical work. I am very happy with the overall experience and I would strongly recommend stopping by to talk to with the staff about your needs. read more

So, I went to PUR Collision Center back in June because I was about to embark on a road trip from LA to El Paso in a week. In my former life, I was a terrible driver, and my front bumper bore the evidence of my lack of skill -- I'm talking deep scratches, a hanging, dragging shield, and a front light that was hanging somewhere inside the bumper. Anyway, as I've recently decided to level up, I wanted to give my car a facelift. I drove over to PUR where they promised that they would be able to complete the work ahead of my trip. They went over pricing in detail, gave me a couple of discounts since there are no OEM parts for my car, and told me that they'd call when the parts came in. (I was impatient and called them first, sorry about that!) And they told me to come on in the next morning. I dropped my car off around 8am. They said it would be ready by lunch. I walked over to Starbucks and waited for a few hours, and then walked back. Just as I was arriving back to PUR, my phone rang. My car was ready. And boy, was Beau (my car's name!) as beautiful as the first day I'd laid eyes on her. The story doesn't end there. In my current life, I'm an okay driver. So last night, I was doing an errand for a friend and ended up in some hilly neighborhood. As I backed out of the driveway, my car caught on the curb, lightly scraping my bumper and dislodging the shield. I was super bummed. I called PUR this morning. Alex said to come right. I did as I was told. He met me at car and told me that I'd messed up several components. I said was honest -- "I don't have a job right now. I can't afford to replace anything. Is there anything else that can be done?" He said, "Give me your keys and go sit inside." He joined me and me and we chatted and he reminded me to make sure I always have full insurance coverage -- and especially collision, which tickled me 'cause I obviously need it. Then he said, "Your car is ready." I asked how much I owed. He REFUSED payment. I asked if I could tip. He REFUSED. Guys, better than great customer service, that is compassion. I did my due diligence and got estimates from a couple of other places before choosing Pur Collision Center. Pur's estimate came in right in the middle price wise. What sold me on trusting my vehicle with them was my interaction with Art. Art was the person that didn't just answer the phone, he also gave me my quote in person. I mainly only spoke with and dealt with Art. It wasn't a receptionist that answered the phone and then handed me off to another person to get the initial quote, and then handed me off to another department to process my information - it was just Art, who was friendly, personable and professional throughout. The corner of my car's bumper got swiped in a parking lot - unfortunately it was enough contact to scrape a portion of the paint down to the polycarbonate plastic. Art explained the whole process to me, breaking down why what might look like a simple fix wasn't (I've got parking sensors in my bumper; I also had a Plastic Protective Film added to my car to protect my bumper from scratches that typically come from loading and unloading the trunk, which now had to come off and be replaced). Two day turnaround, great communication. While I hope I never have to use their services again (fingers crossed), I would definitely recommend them! read more

My dog ripped up the interior door panel of my 2012 Prius. It is hard to find someone who will just install a used part for you, but it seemed ridiculous to pay $450 for a new part on a beat up old car. PUR were the only company to offer to install the door panel for me at the reasonable price of $40. In addition, the owner or manager was nice enough to let me chill out in the air conditioned office while I got my work done. I will return here shortly to get the rest of my interior body work done. Incidentally, I found this place through yelp suggestions when I filled out the form for other auto shops. However, Alex responded within 10 mins of contacting. Alex was professional and friendly to work with. He offered to replace my bumper with a brand new OEM for only $450 (labor included) and replaced my tail lamp as well with a total of $600. Other places were quoting me $600 just for repairing my own rear bumper or even $800-1000. Alex is a joy to work with and communication with him via text was smooth and painless. He said he hopes not to see me again in this shop but I know where to go if I ever need to get my car repaired again. P.S. the shop is a little hard to identify, once your GPS shows you're arriving, look for a blue walled building, the entrance is a bit small and you will probably miss it like me if you didn't pay attention the first time around. read more

This review is long overdue, but Arthur and his partners did a great job with fixing up my bumper and taking care of scratches. In a nutshell, the left side of the bumper took a hit during a rainy night after my foot slipped off the brake and the side of the car got scratched up thanks to a bad parking job. Both things combined made me want to take the car to somewhere that would do the job without breaking my piggy bank. They gave me a fair quote with a fast turn-around considering the other jobs they had and the rainy weather at the time (was promised in 2 weeks and it was done under 1.5 week). All along the way, they gave me updates so I would know where they were in the process, which I appreciated because being without my car is always a hassle.
