He's done incredible work over the years, including: * Modifying my first Mercedes (E63) with a custom bumper kit and perfectly painted bumpers. * Changing the steering wheel on my M4. * Servicing my M5 with oil filter changes, spark plugs, and brake pads. These are the most stand up guys in the business. I came in with a bent radiator support and a new skid plate I needed installed but the bolt holes didn't line up because the support was bent. After about 10 minutes assessing and then working his magic with a slide hammer, Alex had the member straightened and the skid plate installed. He then diagnosed and solved two more problems for me, and then refused to be paid. He tried insisting and he insisted back. They have my business locked down, that's for sure. Honestly one of the best customer service places I have ever have encountered. I received constant updates and reasonable response time. As a female, I get a lot of gaslighting / scare tactics from dealerships, mechanics, and body shops but not with Alex and his team at Pur Collision. They are very professional and easy to talk to. They also make an extremely stressful situation like a car accident easy to deal with. They reached out to my insurance company for me, made sure I was comfortable with the parts and cost that are being replaced.
