If nothing else, know this: I am here to sing their praises! These folks and the work they do are simply unimpeachable! They're excellent! PUR collision center made what was a HORRIBLE experience - my first accident ever - into something relatively painless in terms of repair. The car looks brand new! Truly! It's kind of miraculous! The accident, while not violent, was apparently pretty damaging to the car. And, for a whole host of reasons, this could have been infinitely harder to deal with had I not found and chosen PUR to do the repairs. Art and his team picked up the car, told me the process, gave me an estimated time it would be ready and stuck to their word to the letter. Having grown to 44 years and hearing horror stories of repair shops and car dealings in general, I was kind of always expecting a gotcha or a surprise or an upcharge, but absolutely not. I had a great experience with PUR. I had taken my car to various auto body centers, including Porsche dealers, Porsche certified auto body shops and auto body shops specializing in Porsche and European car auto body repair. The Porsche dealer was by far the most expensive, all other shops were typically more than twice as expensive as PUR for what I wanted, and also often tried getting me to do more than I was asking for. Not only did PUR give me a great price, they were the most consultative, taking their time to explain in detail what you should and should not do based upon their experience. They came across as very trustworthy and professional. Their turnaround time was very reasonable, it took about a week for them to repaint my front and rear bumpers, re-do my wheels, and do a full detail. All of the work came out great. I've had my 911 for about 10 years, have had multiple repairs and touchups and this was overall a top job. I highly recommend them. read more

These guys are awesome. I bought my first brand new car and of course a year into it someone scuffed my bumper. It was a minor scuff so I debated just letting it be, but I couldn't stop looking at it every time I saw my car. He even went the extra mile to polish my headlight, check in with me via text on his progress replacing, painting and installing my damaged bumper. A few months ago, I went here to get my door repaired after getting into an accident l, which was already stressful enough, but they made the repair process painless and easy. The insurance company under-estimated the damage, turns out I needed an entirely new door rather than just repairs, but the Pur team was able to work directly with them to get a new estimate quickly. The replacement door was on back order due to supply chain issues, but they were able to go out of their way to track one down.
