A few months ago, I went here to get my door repaired after getting into an accident l, which was already stressful enough, but they made the repair process painless and easy. The insurance company under-estimated the damage, turns out I needed an entirely new door rather than just repairs, but the Pur team was able to work directly with them to get a new estimate quickly. I used them a few years ago to fix a scratch on my BMW. Great job, reasonable price and on time. So I dropped by again with a few light scratches and a small ding on my Tesla. The manager buffed out the scratches for free. It was super fast. They could have easily tried to rip me off. Best auto service!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the quality service Alex provided! My car was in need of new brakes pretty badly and my long time friend recommended PUR motors, saying her family had been using Alex for over 10 years so I really trusted her recommendation. I called ahead and asked for a quote on all 4 brakes and was so fairly quoted. Alex was able to see me that day and test drove my car to see what exactly was going on with my brakes. My Model 3 was involved in an accident and the passenger side mirror was completely smashed and gone. I called PUR to make an appointment and Alex told me to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look. Afterwards, he quickly ordered the parts I needed and all we could do was wait for Tesla to send the parts. Unfortunately, it took forever and I had to wait almost 10 days for my new parts to arrive. When it did arrive, installation only took about half an hour. Alex was so quick to remove the damaged part and replace it with the new one. I think Alex felt bad that I wasn't able to use my car for almost 2 weeks and didn't charge me for the installation so I just paid for the parts.
