Not only did PUR have the friendliest, problem-solving team, but I've never had a service be so prompt, well handled, and without costing an arm and a leg. My tail light was broken and I called around asking for time estimates to fix it. Every other repair service had an estimate to finish it by Monday or Tuesday since they'd have to wait for the part to arrive (I called asking on Friday), but PUR immediately went out and picked up the part themselves to speed up the process, ready to repair within an hour of my call. He said that the repair would take 2-3 days and they finished the repair in 2. Customer service was amazing, but my left signal bulb was unplugged when I got my vehicle.
