The second problem is that the sign up process clearly says "free delivery" but then on the scheduled Dec 2 delivery, there is a $13.99 delivery charge. Huh, wait, how? Now that I look closer there is a pop up button that says, get this: "your delivery costs may vary depending on if there is a truck in your area". REALLY? So randomly, I might get charged $14 delivery or it might be free like you indicated when I signed up? It also says to choose a different date, but doesn't tell me what dates are free vs $14 delivery. Support has no phone number to call. Initial web support is only an AI bot that gives super generic answers. If you ask the bot to talk to a representative, you'll get one, who barely knows anything about what's happening and offer several incorrect solutions to the problem as if they don't really understand what I'm saying. Emails say you'll get a response in a few days. Gee thanks. No thanks. The 1 star reviews are generous. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Canceled my subscription and I'll look for someone, anyone, else that can deliver 5 Gal bottles of water to my area. ReadyRefresh is not ready for prime time.
