Eco whatever and Chris is a clown show. He needs to fade into the sunset, doesn't open till 12…read moredoesn't answer his phone, gives you a secondary number to call that no one answers. Sold me a heater that did NOT work and would accept a return along with a long list of deductions that he would apply such as devalued or used product that is still brand new, credit card charges, AND he wants us to apply the credit to another one of his heaters. This guy is a total scammer / clown. Go to Maui Water Heaters...Anywhere but here!!

This is a great business. Chris is devoted to the Eco Products business. We recently bought a brand…read morenew 30,000 Gallon Catchment Water Tank after we remodeled our house. It is really fabulous and Chris saw us through the whole thing. He Ordered the tank for us and had a nice knowledgeable tech named Mel come out and install everything for us. It has three filters and the best Catchment water in the world. Chris sent us pictures of everything and we were able to pick out what we wanted. It is a very deluxe set up and we couldn't be happier. We bought the one with all the bells and whistles. Before we bought this water tank we were buying all our supplies from Eco products Hawaii. We moved here in 2008 and needed to buy new liners and maintain our tanks. We used them for everything. Overall, we have always been very happy with all the work they do. They have excellent knowledge of water catchment tanks. They always come up with the best price also. The last thing to mention is that we got this incredible water pump from them. We were so happy that we bought two more. We bought one for each water tank. They sell the finest quality and you can get the best advice from them too. Their customer service is absolutely the best. I don't understand why somebody would give them a bad review. There are people who post bad reviews for kicks. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and offer a great service.

We had an emergency clogged sink. Even though the storm…read morerainy weather, Victor Zubar still managed to get the job done. We scheduled the appointment the night before, and got fixed the next morning. Victor was very professional and did it in a timely manner. He made sure our concerns were heard and advised us our options with his expertise. Having a Steve's plumbing professional assess and fix the issue was definitely worth it. I do recommend their services, and if ever I need an emergency plumbing repair again, I know who to call. Mahalo Nui.

Called to have a plumber come check on a leak in our garage. I assumed it was the water heater,…read morebecause it was the only thing in the garage. The plumber didn't look at anything other than the water heater and stated it needs to be replaced. He quoted a price that made me swear immediately. I apologized as it was out of character, he said it was ok, but the water heater needed to be replaced and it was up to me. I told him if it needs to, I don't have any options, do what he needs to. As he was removing the water heater, I pointed out the areas there was water and I didn't think it came from the water heater as the water heater would have been spraying water in order to get that far. The plumber stated he has been doing this for over 20 years and he knows what he is doing. After the water heater was removed, he said it needed to drain. He left and came back about a hour later, the water heater dripped really slowly the entire time he was gone. I mentioned that if there was a hole in the water heater, wouldn't air go through the hole and help the water drain from the spigot faster. He stated that I didn't understand the science of it and that the hole closes when disconnected from the water because there is no longer presser. He completed the replacement and left. I swept out all the water from the garage and didn't think much of it. I checked on the garage the next day and the garage was full of water again. I called Steve's Plumbing and the same guy came out. He said that he needed to do an inspection of the house to find out where the leak was coming from, he said before he did, it would cost so much per hour to look for the leak. I told that's what he supposed to have done before, but he didn't look at anything other than the water heater and stated it needed to be replaced. He said it was my fault and that he didn't look for a leak because it was the water heater, I reminded him that I said their is leak in the garage which we needed him to look at and the only thing directly connected to water was the water heater. He repeated it was his fault, it was mine. I asked him to leave and stated at me and refused. Only after telling him he needed to leave the property or I would call the police because he wasn't welcomed, he finally left. I called another company, it turns out there was a pipe broke in the wall. The plumber explained all things Steve's Plumbing should have done to ensure the issue was corrected, more specially, checking the water pressure before work started and checking the water pressure when the job was complete to ensure the issue had been resolved. They also explained that we paid way too much replacing a water heater (which didn't need to be replaced). I'll never use Steve's Plumbing again.

I did have an online account for said person but the website changed and I couldn't recreate a new log in. PARKING: There were 13 on-street, 1-hour parking stalls (which are never unoccupied) fronting the building, or a parking garage with supposedly high rates according to other reviewers. I forced my spouse to do a drop off & pick up! EXPERIENCE: Located on the first floor of One Main Plaza, security will escort you in while asking some safety questions. He then had me check in on the slow-responding kiosk which issued a ticket number, just like the DMV. The small office had an adequate amount of chairs and 8 windows. A TV screen showed called numbers but no chimes or alerts were sounded to get your attention, but the security guard, out of the goodness of his heart, would verbally announce the numbers and which window to go to. I was called in about 30 minutes which I thought was pretty quick judging by the amount of people waiting. The guy who helped me asked for a death certificate, which I had on my phone but I wasn't allowed to email it to them to see or print out. I did have a hard copy POA which he thankfully accepted along with a few security questions. 5 minutes later I had document in-hand! I think he knew my predicament and assisted me fully because he cared. Much appreciated and thank you! OVERALL: If you've had a bad experience here, I'm pretty sure you were partly to blame. Be civil and you'll go far.

I just wish we had got the gentleman's name so I could give him a personal shout out here! We had to visit the DHS to complete the process and he made sure we knew what to ask for, gave us some print outs and forms to take with us, and made sure we knew where we were going. He was empathetic and helpful and it was such a relief as we though it was going to be a hard process after dealing with the Red Cross and FEMA recently in the Lahaina disaster. Easy parallel street parking outside, friendly security guard at the entrance will show you the way, the security guard at Soc Sec welcomes you and shows you the ropes. Sooo easy. Mahalo to everyone at the Soc Sec office for helping us.
