Tia added some great ideas to our vision. We also updated our irrigation system for our front and backyard. She asked us great question for us to consider a few things we had not thought about. ALD and Tina were willing to work with us using some stone we had purchased for our design. Tina was a great project manager keeping us informed and the project team direction as needed. The landscape core team did an outstanding job on bringing the actual design to life. The high quality and pride taken in the work the completed was outstanding. The competed project was done in the time frame in our work agreement. It looks fantastic!! We couldn't be more happy. I would highly recommend Tia and team at American Landscape & Design. Their quote was reasonable for the level of work needed in our project.

Steve and team came in and installed pavers, updated the firepit, rebuilt the retaining wall and steps giving the whole patio a new modern look. The surrounding landscape was refreshed with color and privacy in mind. Rain and snow drainage was a priority in the design to ensure we aren't dealing with a problem down the road. The team was timely, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call upon them again.

Erik the owner of the company and the gentleman who has been servicing my lawn was great until he stopped communicating all together... Here's what happened... I had to call Erik every scheduled lawn day to see if he was even going to show up. At one point he no showed and I had to beg him to fit me in that week because my lawn was getting too long to wait a whole other week! When I initially met with Erik we agreed upon having the lawn completed in the mornings bi weekly on Wednesday because that was best for us. The only time he ever showed up on our scheduled time was the 1st 2 times! Every other time I waited and waited for him to come then finally called him in the afternoon asking if he was planning to still come! He said in a nonchalant manner that he'll be here just running behind... But it happened every week from that point until yesterday when he completely no showed again. I decided not to call him until the evening to see if he's show up later. He never did! Then when I call, the call goes straight to voicemail and my texts get ignored. He rarely responded to text. But in the beginning he did right away! A customer comes 1st, especially when you make a commitment to them for an agreed upon service, day, and time! It's the company's duty to show up on time and complete the service! I wouldn't be writing this review right now if it had only been once or twice but it became every single time a chase to see if he was coming, a ghosting with no communication at all, or an ill be there but later as if I'm on his schedule not an agreed upon schedule that works best for the client! A customer should never have to chase down their service company when there's already a prearranged plan scheduled bi weekly, ever! I'm not even that angry, I'm just very disappointed because Erik does do a beautiful job on the yard as you'll see in the images. My grass is GREEN, it just needs mowed.... and he offers a great price! It's as mentioned everything else... Now I have to search all over again for a new company before my yard gets out of control! Erik still hasn't responded to my texts from yesterday or today regarding rescheduling the work missed yesterday! I'm really bummed...

They were doing some work on a neighbor's property when one of their trucks accidentally backed into my car. The owner appeared immediately and we exchanged information. I told him I'd take the car to a body shop for an estimate and get back to him. Unfortunately, the estimate was for about $4,000 and the blue book value of my car is less than $2,000. It's an older car, but has been in the family since it left the dealer's lot and has been well cared for. I wouldn't drive it across the country, but it's reliable and perfect for local trips and irreplaceable at that price. I let the owner know...he thought about it for a moment and said "we have a garage we use for our vehicles. Take it there and they'll fix it for you on me." The next day we dropped off the car at a shop in Denver. No paper work, just a handshake. Have to admit I was a little uneasy about what to expect. But what do you know- about a week later my car is back in front of my house! Looked fine to me and I had my usual mechanic check out the work. Two thumbs up. So the moral of the story- I haven't had any landscaping done by A Sharper Image Landscaping. But I am certain that if I do, I can trust that they will treat me well and do the job right. It looks great! His crew worked extremely hard and paid attention to detail while completing the project. Aspenwood had the right equipment to do an excellent job in soil prep, which included 15 tons of soil treatment. At the completion of the project, Omar (their crew chief) was meticulous in adjusting the sprinkler heads to their original state.
