We would also need coordination as we run a short term rental. Instead, they just keep spraying the exterior and billing us automatically without coordination. We are at Desert Princess Community and the exterior pest spray is already covered by the HOA. They use Purcor as well so they know very well the HOA covers it already. First, let me be clear that working with nice people is not the same as getting good service. The person who came to my house for the service was nice. But the service has not been effective. And now I can't get them to stop charging my credit card. I spent more than an hour last week canceling my service via phone, and requesting confirmation that I would not be billed going forward. Over the weekend, BAM! Double billed. No phone number on the bills. No email address to contact. No customer support after 2 pm Pacific. Just a stupid AI agent "taking a message". Avoid them. This review is about their billing and a "customer service rep"named Christina, who was full of errors and combative. I updated our CC online and paid the past due amount and got a message to say thank you for updating information and for payment. Today I get a text from a "Collections" department so I called the number that was prompted to call immediately and Christina answered the call. I explained to Christina what had happened and admittedly I was confused. Christina was giving me different stories as to what I paid and what was still owed which did not add up so I questioned her a couple of times and she was asking me to pay triple of what I really owed. I reached out to a field supervisor named Travis who has always been helpful and told him my concerns and felt that maybe Purcor is so successful now that perhaps they don't think "client retention" is no longer important. I love our tech Victor, he's really the reason I went with Purcor after they bought out The Bug Guys (who were all great!) but now I'm thinking of finding a new pest control company as 1. The online portal is inept 2. Christina giving erroneous information and was extremely rude and hoping her supervisor Jennifer Santiago will get in touch with me as I Travis has stated an email has been sent to her already. When it was Gopher Control-they were great. When Gopher Controll sold to Purcor the service we received became awful. Didn't show up when they committed to, didn't call, I ask for someone to call me back multiple times to discuss this-took literally months before anyone called. The worst was when they randomly drove by (if they really did), didn't even enter the property and then sent a bill - twice this happened. I was told by a rep I finally reached they had discovered the person who did this to me and others, and he was no longer there and they would dismiss the two false bills . Still waiting many months later and they keep sending me those two bills. I've left that person several messages-won't answer or return the calls. Called again today and quote: 'that extension is no longer in service'. Lousy. read more

To echo the feedback of others - we used Bug Guys for years. Jeremiah was absolutely fabulous and truly cared about his customers and helping them. PURCOR has been an unfortunate change, ever since they bought Bug Guys. After payment, they will continue requesting that you pay multiple times and spam call. It is harassment. There is no way to get through to them and ask them to stop, even once you stop using their services. We stopped using them months ago and this evening alone I have received 4 calls in a row from them during my evening. Technicians are treated poorly - anybody requiring pest solutions in the desert, do yourself a favor and trust all the yelp reviews from the past few months: BEWARE. read more
