But the person pricing the trees, whom I think was the owner, had bad attitude/customer service. We were literally the only customers there and after we bought our tree we asked for a picture and she said she couldn't help us snap a photo because she was busy. Poor customer service to a customer she knew already bought a tree, stand and bag. I wanted to support a small business but not when you can't take ten seconds to help your only customer.

It's one thing to have an amazing green thumb (which he absolutely does), but Jason has a rare, uniquely brilliant talent for exterior design. We came in with a few scattered ideas for our backyard, and he instantly mapped out a cohesive, stunning visual plan that we never could have dreamed up on our own. What we appreciated most was his sheer passion. He didn't just point us toward the right aisles; he genuinely cared about the long-term success of our project. Redoing a yard is a massive investment, but Jason's expertise and enthusiasm made us feel completely confident in the decisions and investments we were making. We had a horrible experience while trying to find our annual Christmas tree given the birth of our son earlier this year. We arrived on their first opening day this season very excited to buy a real tree. There was ZERO customer service when husband and I were trying to inquire about tree selection or delivery process. There were plenty of people at the cashier booth and lot. All seemed eager to NOT help. It was painfully obvious that the temp seasonal staff just wanted to do the bare minimum and get their hourly pay. We waited 15-30 minutes in line just to get a run around with staff members on tree selection. This was even before we were able to pay the cashier the $120 worth of tree we picked out. We then asked about a portapotty on the lot in which the cashier answered "I don't know, I just got here." Seriously, find another Christmas tree lot for your annual Christmas tree or buy an artificial tree to save yourself from this sour experience. I took the time to send an email on our horrible experience on their website. No human response at all. They don't care.

With tons of parking and lots of food options, it's a great place to visit with toddlers. Yes, they do have pumpkins and they have rides! There are also free movies at night. It had to be smaller than our usual so she can help decorate it, full, soft, smell nice, etc. Upon our 1st lap I didn't see our tree, then cue Israel. He was sooo nice and picked a few others from the back. As soon as our daughter saw this one she said "YEAH"! It's such a beautiful quality Noble with plush and soft needles. Seems very healthy/fresh too, shedded so very little while we transported and lit it. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other lots around San Diego, but I will say I think this beauty was & is worth every penny. Can't wait to decorate it with our little tomorrow night. A 5ft Douglas fir was $59, ok no problem. They also charge extra $3 for netting the tree. I ended up not getting a tree here :( even though I support small business. I ended up going to Home Depot and for the same 5ft tree cost $29.99. Great parking -FREE (pull into the lots along the inside of fence)

Make sure to check their hours because some days are reserved for advance reservations & they do stop selling on a certain date. They had 2 types of trees, ones that shred & ones that do not. It is a big lot so you can roam around & choose your favorite one. Grab a pole which is marked by feet & get it cut! $20/feet.
