If it's your first time definitely come early so you can get an idea on how to use the machines. This was a 50 min class that worked my entire body. I was amazed at how much balance and core was worked into these workout sessions. I need to prioritize it more. Can't wait For my next class. The club isn't super huge but people can navigate fine. If you have class pass the code they provide to get inside the door didn't work. I had to wait for someone to let me in. Parking is great. I did a 9:30 pm class on Tuesday, and i love the variety of the times of the classes. This class was only 30 minutes, and I felt like I got more of a kick out of it, than some of these 50 minute classes I take. I took the class, Powers30: Core + Upper Body, with Kayla, and she was amazing. She was encouraging, and helpful with correcting the wrong form.

The staff is so kind and helpful (Wendy is amazing) and the instructors are great at motivating you during classes, telling you good job by name and pushing the class during the difficult moves to keep going. I can definitely tell that what they say on the website is true, the classes don't get easier, you just get stronger. They have classic Pure Barre classes, cardio (Empower) classes and a more challenging classic class Reform. The only thing I wish they had was more Empower classes.

The coaches are super encouraging and do a great job guiding you through the slow, controlled movements that make Solidcore so effective. The Mosaic location is also a huge plus. There's ample parking in the garage, and it's free for a few hours, which makes getting in and out stress-free. After class, you're right in the heart of Mosaic District with tons of great spots to grab a smoothie, coffee, or a full meal--perfect for a post-workout reward. I love the coaches in the Mosaic location (I haven't been to other locations). I am a total beginner to pilates-like classes and the reformer machine. I took ~3 foundation classes to get started and I felt like the instructors were all so great at helping me improve my form to get the best workout possible. I feel pushed but not shamed into challenging myself. They sell towels and water if you happen to forget to bring either. I feel like a sweat a mild-moderate amount and I don't think a towel is absolutely necessary. Water is probably a good idea - but the class is pretty fast-paced so not a ton of time for water breaks anyway. Now that I'm hooked, I typically do ~2 classes/week. I like the early AM classes (but they fill up fast!). I feel like this gym is clean and compact. I get exactly what I need out of it. There aren't showers so plan accordingly if you have plans afterwards (it's a good sweat!) I like their Public Goods toiletries and have even bought some myself after using them at this gym. The bathrooms and locker rooms are well-designed and clean, and the co-ed sauna and steam room are a major plus. The filtered water stations are always cold and well-maintained, and the smoothie bar is convenient. The reception staff are always friendly! SweatBox is intense, well-structured, and thoughtfully run. The music and variety keep me coming back. Providing ear plugs and cold eucalyptus towels are the many small touches that go a long way during this high-energy HIIT workout. Coach Gwen and Coach Mike are excellent instructors -- clear, motivating, and attentive to form. There are 3 other class studios and dozens of more fitness classes. I have enjoyed the yoga classes, especially Restorative and Deep Stretch. Chris also runs a great BodyPump class -- strong pacing and consistent energy. Looked great for my cruise in August. The trainer, Cher, is the best! She's very personable and works you out based on your capabilities. You will DEFINITELY see results! She gives you a nutrition plan on what to eat as well which helped me cut down my weight. There is also a workout plan that is given when you are not physically working out with the trainer so you can maintain your health. The workout area is very clean and the equipment is sturdy for the workouts performed. There is always a different workout to do as you come in. You will never get bored due to a different workout routine. All areas of the body WILL be worked. Not only do you get in a good workout that challenges you on the weekly basis but you will also form relationships with other like minded women who want to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle. Deanna and Brittanee are awesome and holds each us accountable and push us towards our health and fitness goals. The atmosphere is fun, energetic and encouraging. Once you come you will be hooked. Deanna Robinson is the owner of Fab Body Factory and a trainer there. She teaches Tues and Thurs @ 7:00pm for "Fab Body Bootcamp." She is super knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition. She truly cares about each and every person's progress and health (mentally and physically). She is amazing and makes sure no one feels like "just another number" she will call you by your name and ask about you when she hasn't seen you for a while. If you stay consistent, you WILL see the results. So far I've lost 14 IBS and Counting! There are multiple classes to take with other trainers as well and they all have a heart after the vision of Fab Body Factory and Deanna. I take Zumba, Wednesday's @ 7pm with trainer M'Balia Rucker and she is AMAZING. She incorporates modern dance trends into her Zumba routines that are sure to have you smiling, dancing and sweating. Brittanee Brooks teaches "Butts and Guts" class Saturday's @ 9am that targets abdominals and glutes. She's great a what she does. Even makes us smoothies and chlorophyll water after class to revive us LOL. There also highway to fitness classes done in the morning by trainer, Rachel! Fab Body also hosts a NUMBER of events for the community to come in and exercise and learn about health and nutrition. A lot of these events have even been co-Ed even though it's a women's gym. So They show love to the fellas as well! Fab Body Factory is a judgement free zone and a place you can come to for healing, weight loss and for that support system that's hard to find anywhere else. I encourage you to stop by for a class!
