Matt quickly gave me a quote and was able to squeeze me in a few days later (on a Saturday afternoon mind you!) When Matt arrived and did a walkthrough, he quickly put my mind at ease with some of the stains that I was worried about. There was one stain that he knew wouldn't come out with just a standard cleaning, but he gave me some tricks to try and was really helpful in explaining things so I understood everything. He then quickly got to work on the carpet. Matt wrapped up in a few hours and did such an amazing job!! The carpet looks like new know and he got the rest of the stains out!
