Seldom do I see that kind of punctuality in a service company. The task at hand was our 5th wheel we have in Menifee. Why do they carpet these? Stains from cooking, foot traffic brought in from being in a campground, and other stains. It was down right embarrassing. We also had some ceiling water stains from a leak. David knocked it out of the ballpark with a 5 star clean. I thought that no one would be able to get the stains up but they are gone. It looks great. I referred him to a neighboring camper. A few days ago, I had finally had enough of my kids gross carpet. It had never been cleaned, and we were not inviting anyone over to play because of it. Not impressed. The guy who showed up did not look professional, he wasn't representing the company. He did not have proper identification, sloppy and took 2 hrs to clean a carpet that usually takes 45 mins to do.
