It's been a couple months after the full detail and they always return for maintenance washes as I requested. They can never disappoint and I don't have to lift a finger. I have a jeep that got damaged by a golfcart, so had to get some work done. Called calibur to get…read morethings started, talked to Kurt the manager, and thought we had made a file for my work to be done. Called back and asked for Kurt was told he is out to lunch, and will call back(never called back.) I called the next day and he could not find my file and transfered me. Made plans eventually for drop off. I go to drop of and look over the damage with advisor, minimal a week or two. "I wont have your car for a month" exact quote. It will be 26 days if i get my car tomorrow. I did not get a rental because i have use of another vehicle and did not want extra hassel especially for a short time. Was also told about the abundent updates i would receive. I did not. I received a call with options on the runners. Either powdercoat old ones or order new, i said what ever is quickest and easiest. Other then that i had to reach out to be updated, after two weeks. I am told the runners are about to be sent to be powdercoated two weeks in to having my truck. Kind of mad because i said quickest and easiest and that became try something new and send runners to be done by third party at their descression(about a week). They said it would be a couple days. I got a quote 24 to 48 hrs your car will be done. Then at 48 hrs just before close i get a call saying your car will be done tomorrow and will call for pick up. I get no call and call before close. I am getting pretty annoyed at this point and am trying to explain to Kurt how this has not been handled well. He gets defensive and has a attitude with me. Instead of trying to understand my frustration at the lack of organization he is blaming the advisor not good as a manager and saying I am mad because i did not get the car back quick enough. Ignoring the multiple fails on their behalf such as lack of updates, callbacks that never happen, timeframes that come and go with no update, and overall duration of a simple repair. It is just past closing time as i had waited to hear from them and i starting to think he might do something to my car. I tell him I will come get the car now and he said no we are closed. As a manager why would you not just give the customer his keys and be done, because you are petty. Maybe even deranged enough to do something to my vehicle. If Kurt is still manager be careful Since picking up the truck i have upgraded the review, the work looked great and truck was spotless. We came to an understanding, and left with no hard feelings. The communication breakdown lead to unnecessary frustrations, but work was done well.

I received a recommendation on my 4 tires needing to be changed; tread was worn, advised it could be dangerous when the roads are wet. First quote was about $1100, I declined because I wasn't expecting it. Shortly after the man that checked me in said he could add a discount if cost was an issue brought it down to $953 tax included. I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for. It also didn't take super long like the dealership does even with an appointment. Kind, friendly service, no pressure buying.
