    3 day old sourdough bread
    Rosemarie D.

Their bread is to die for. If you are looking for great quality bread and good customer service then look no more. The person that helped us (not sure if he owns the place) was very informative. He educated us a lot on bread and asked what kind of bread we like. We decided to buy the 3 day old sourdough bread. The American in me was skeptical because I'm thinking 3 days?! But once we took it home, toasted it a bit, and spread some good quality butter on it, wowzer! Their bread is so so good! Oh and wait, as it gets older (4, 5, 6 days), the bread gets even better. It became more sour. That's just how I like it. We bought a massive bread. It's been a week and we still have about 1/4 left of it. It was about 5 pounds and so it was almost $24. Totally worth the price. The guy told us that this bread only has 3 ingredients - just the way it should be and that's exactly what we got. I've been to Europe many times and this bread taste just like the bread there and no negative reaction after - no bloating whatsoever! There weren't many chairs to sit on. Which was fine because it was just a straight bakery place. Like those local bakeries from other countries where you get your bread from the neighborhood bakery down the street; where you would get your weekly bread from. I definitely recommend checking them out and get your weekly bread supply.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner. It's not a massive selection but this is quality food. He explained to me his process of fresh bread (which is exactly why I came up here) and I was very impressed with what I received. It's hard to find traditional bakers in this city and French ones at that. The bread was very flavorful and not packed full of whatever the states likes to poison us with. Can't wait to make it back!

I am glad I found a bakery that sells very delicious sourdough bread near me. I was lucky to find this place on my way back home and was needing to get a loaf of sourdough bread and I wanted something freshly made artisanal. I was four minutes away from here and decided to drop by. I walked inside and Found to my right fridge with some items inside and was greeted by who I learned from the pictures is the owner and he explained to me his shelf and the breads that he sells and the life they have on the shelf. He was also very explanatory with his prices and he also showed me another menu of other items that they make. The sourdough bread is for sure really really good. I will definitely be back and hope that I will find some even late in the afternoon like I did today. The place is quiet. I was the only one inside the shop while he was in the back would seem to be kneading fresh dough. He was very quick and attending me as busy as he was preparing for more fresh bread. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a delicious sourdough bread and more.

Wow! The fresh Sourdough Bread only has 3-4 ingredients! Because of simple ingredients, the owner thoroughly explained how to properly store the bread to prolong its freshness. The interior is spacious, with a few tables to sit. You can see and smell the fresh breads. I highly recommend!

It's been a couple months since we've been in because our schedules have been so crazy. But my husband and I keep talking about, and drooling over the thought of, coming back for more sourdough, halva, sandwiches, and stories from Iulian (the friendly and helpful owner). Also! The BEST priced and flavored cold smoked salmon you'll find in Vegas. Imported. Inexpensive. Amazing. I don't eat cooked or hot smoked salmon, it tastes like blood or rust to me. Sushi grade or cold smoked is all I can do, but when it's done well it is divine. That's exactly what you'll get here. Take it home, slap it on a piece of sourdough with some cream cheese or butter. Add a couple micro greens or sprouts. Oh my goodness. We live 20 minutes away, but it is well worth the drive every time. It may not be overly decorative inside but think about how many places get you in the door with the aesthetic or gimmick and then fail to deliver on the food. This is the exact opposite. Not a lot to look at walking in, but you'll never regret buying anything. Also... The inexpensive imported olive oil is one of if not THE BEST I've found here in Vegas. From flavor to price point, I'd challenge you to find better. Come see Iulian, and taste his amazing wares. He may come off a little serious or short initially (he didn't understand my humor at first), but this man has a heart of gold, loves his wife well, and wants to help heal the world through healthy food. Come check this place out. If this isn't the best sourdough you've had in town, I'll eat my hat.

Great experience on a Saturday afternoon. The Romanian owner was very friendly & gave us the 411 of the baked goods (all natural ingredients) he offered. We decided on a loaf of sourdough bread, which was delicious with just a little bit of organic butter (unsalted). My husband also bought German beer sausage "Mitihi" from the freezer section. We look forward to trying other baked goodies in the future.

We first found this place because my wife and I were looking for a place to buy authentic sourdough that doesn't use yeast. My one son has a yeast allergy and we know having a good gut biome is key to keeping eczema down and away. We were also tired of eating the crappy bread they sell in the store with tons of ingredients. The owner of this place is awesome. He gives so much info on the bread he makes and how minimal the ingredients are, plus he let me sample a lot of different things. I believe he said the sourdough starter and recipe. His bread is so good that I come here every week to pick up the 5lb sandwich loaf for the family to enjoy. He only bakes the sandwich loaves on Tuesday and Wednesday but does the normal sourdough everyday that he is open. The difference between the sandwich loaves and normal sourdough is just the density. The sandwich loaves are heavier and more dense and I love that.

Delicious, fresh sourdough bread, great meats and cheeses all served by the nicest man who obviously loves what he's doing, so the service is good too. If it's not sold out, get some white bean "hummus" topped with caramelized onions. This place is closed on Mondays, is super clean, and has great food. It's too hot to bake my own sourdough.

We love a hidden gem here in Vegas. It feels like getting a vip pass ahead of the foodfluencers and followers right? Well here it is everyone. Atelier T55 is wonderful. Literally delicious and unexpected. The bread really is amazing. I needed a quick on the go lunch but wasn't looking for fast food. The sandwiches here are perfect for that. They have a jamon beurre and a sandwich of the day. Nothing fancy, but everything delicious. I was too late for the sandwich if the day, so i got the jamon burre (ham and butter) the classic french sammy. Thus one had turkey-ham, and some cheese and pickles. Doesn't sound like something to write home about but wow! The sandwich spoke for itself. It was literally the perfect sandwich. I even kept half of it for the next day and it totally held up. You can't get anything in Vegas for $8 let alone an artisan Sammy that's big enough for 2.

Julian cut this loaf in thick slices for us. This sourdough is delicious and baked to perfection! Crunchy on outside.

If you want amazing sourdough bread and exceptional service, see Julian( J pronounced like an H)!!! This bread is phenomenal!! Julian was so nice ! He told us what the ingredient list was. He uses only 3 ingredients!! He also told us how to best store the bread. This was a whole loaf that he cut for us in these yummy thick slices. This will be a weekly stop for me!

New bakery in town starring organic sourdough all made by one man! Iulian, the owner, was proud to share us his passion for natural ingredients, chemical engineering, and of course sourdough. We came for the $5 sandwich but he generously let us sample cheese, savory bread, and a sunflower dessert (halvah). I can't wait to come back and buy a beautiful loaf of sourdough next time! They truly look so beautiful and big. House Sandwich (5/5) - creamy cheese, salty pastrami, and crunchy bell peppers yum. Plus it's $5!

The original place we wanted to dine at was closed so we decided to try this place after i saw an instagram ad about it. We used to like einsteins bagels but over the years it got mass produced and artificial so we stopped going. This is probably what einsteins used to be before it was a chain. Everything was fresh, the bagels were chewy and soft on the inside and had a nice crunch on the outside. We ordered the chicken salad, two egg and bacon breakfast bagels and a cinnamon toast bagel with cream cheese. I will say the chicken salad was a little over salted for my liking and i wish they put some sort of acid in it, like pickles, i also wasn't wild about the capers. But overall it was definitely a good sandwich. Breakfast sandwiches were perfect. We ended up taking some bagels back home with us and this will be a regular stop for us. Also, the service was absolutely phenomenal.. they're a busy place and they still took the time to explain the menu and check on us multiple times.
