This was my first time that I am seeing so many blisters come out after receiving a Brazilian. It also has been 2 days and the blisters on the skin seem to be not getting better. They also hurt since they are being touched with my underwear. I did mention that I am pregnant and she did inform that I should be a bit more sensitive. I feel that the temperature of the hard wax was way too hot for my skin. Typically I am used to an aesthetician cooling the wax before applying however Alessa did not. She applied instantly without checking the temperature. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it if you take less than 15 minutes to wax a person.

I finally tried the lash and brow tinting and I am happy to say, and not at all surpised, that my eyes are popping!! I can't use eye make-up because of having Multiple/ Hyper Chemical Sensitivity and have been hesitant to try tinting for that reason. Super glad I finally decided to go for it; it was such an easy process and so relaxing! My eyes and skin did not have any adverse reaction whatsoever. Two weeks later and my lashes and brows still look great! Definitely adding these two services to my regular list! She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. We greatly appreciate the explanation with the appointment system and the willingness to get my hubs back on the schedule for the massage he signed up for. My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. He does repetitive work with his hands (handy electrician) and this helped relieve tension.
