Today my wife and I decided to give it another try with a couples massage, but unfortunately it confirmed our concerns. There was no focus or passion behind the massage. It felt rushed, large portions were skipped, and the technique was inconsistent. The therapist spent about 30 minutes walking on my back, and the second half of the massage felt half-hearted. As long-time customers, this was disappointing. Overall, the quality has clearly declined.
