The place has nice aesthetics. I was told that the first half hour would focus on my back and then the abdominal for the second half. A gentleman did the back massage (he used a lot of his forearm and elbows). Then a woman came in to do the abdominal massage. At one point the woman stopped and told me that I still had 10 more minutes for my massage and she recommended that they will finish off the massage with the foot massage to help by using reflexology. There was no pain with the abdominal massage. It actually helped me be less bloated. I would definitely return for another abdominal massage.

To make matters worse, I was unable to get a refund from either the business or Groupon. I don't want Groupon Bucks--I wanted my money back for a service I wasn't able to receive because of the way this was handled. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating. I left without a massage and without a refund. I hope they improve their policies and clearly explain any redemption restrictions before telling customers to purchase through Groupon.
