I have been in so much chronic pain around my hips and lower back for the last 18 months, and I was specifically looking for someone that knows how to do "fascia blasting" with the hand tools. Getting up or down or just thinking about standing in the kitchen making dinner gave me anxiety. Well, this is where my search ended. My first "Fascia blasting" session with Maria and the pain was 90% less. I was bruised as suspected, but the trade off was remarkable! I still can't get over this feeling. No issues putting on my shoes, picking stuff off the floor, or sitting for long periods of time bother me. I'm going to start doing full body 1 hour treatments for other areas my fascia is stuck to my muscles. Mind you, I don't have any disk problems or any medical issues, so this was perfect for me. My first experience at Blast Spa was with a dermaplaning session.  It felt amazing and my skin looked radiant.  I felt very comfortable at this spa  due to it's quaint and cozy set up.  I truly felt that the session was all about me.  No interruptions or feelings of being rushed so that the next customer can be serviced, as you often get in larger more commercial spas.  Blast is definitely a gem in the industry.  Just had a microneedling session with Briana.  I was anxious about having this procedure initially, but she put me at complete ease explaining the process as she went along.  Briana exudes not only confidence in her skills but has a handle on kindness and patience -  a pure definition of customer service.  I will absolutely continue with this treatment at Blast and look forward to my next appointment.  The services that Blast offers are vast and up to the minute. read more

This is a long-overdue review. I have been going to Pure Laser for well over a year for laser hair removal, Fascia blasting, and the occasional facial. I have gone to Blast Spa & Fitness several times since it has opened, mostly for the hair salon services. However, I have had at least 2 full body massages and they were AWESOME! I still have one left in my "bank" which I will be using very soon! Everyone there is friendly and courteous and Management is very accommodating - not to mention that the spa is extremely clean and organized. I feel a sense of inner-peace as soon as I walk in the door. I also purchased a gift card (Himalayan Salt Sauna) over the holiday season for a friend of mine who recently completed Chemotherapy and he was very excited to receive it! I have been to Blast Spa for eyelash extensions twice to date. Lillian is my eyelash technician and she is fabulous. She is so sweet and her bubbly personality made me so comfortable. She makes sure you're as comfortable as possible (pillows, blankets, body placement) before she begins your lashes. She's very precise with her work. She really takes the time to analyze your face and plans out how she will place the lashes according to your face and eye shape and they look so natural! Finally!!! A place where you can do it all! The atmosphere at Blast Spa is like no other. The classes are small and intimate and very unique. The spa is impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and there is FREE parking!!! The massages are amazing. Not to mention the fascia blasting treatments. This place is amazing, you have to try it! One stop shop and so convenient. They have many different classes from Yoga, Pilates, Spin plus they do massages and laser hair removal.
