This week I bought a deal for a $25 dollar brazilian at Smuve. When I called to make an appt. the woman informed me that the deal had been run in error & I should call the company to get my money back. However, she offered to honor the same price (which was more than half off) even though it wasn't her error AND slipped me in for an appointment that day. The place is kind of weird because it's on the 17th floor of an office building but when you get inside it's very serene & welcoming. It's very clean (a necessity when you're laying on a table with your business all out) & whatever candles they're burning smell delicious. They've booked me with the wrong waxer, or made a reservation that never made its way to my account (I assume they booked the wrong customer?) but most annoying is when they rescheduled me without any communication, I just saw an updated appointment change in my account.
