A young Black man walked in and the other 2 men glared at him. No one acknowledged me. I asked the manager when they opened. He continued to glare at the Black man and ignore me. He glanced at me again and back at the other man and sarcastically said "I dont know, I dont work here." The other white employee laughed nervously. The young Black man kept walking. The manager glanced at me again and glared at the Black man and finally said "He does, though." I am a middle aged white woman. I left. The whole thing was disgusting.

The I brought up weekly pay. Told my manager that bi-weekly pay is looked at as employers controlling our money because we aren't good with it. They did NOT like this. Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired. I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage. Avoid working here.

I was in a slight panic when I called Jiffy Lube on Tuesday morning. My car wouldn't start and took…read morequite awhile to charge off of my husband's truck, which has a powerful battery . When I called to see if they would have the battery my SUV required, the friendly voice on the phone said yes, come on in. As I arrived a few minutes later, I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 or 4 young men opening the overhead door and waving me in. Before I could even get out of the car, they were scanning the VIN and opening the hood. I was directed to the waiting area and offered coffee and water. As I was ready to settle in, one of the guys came in and said the battery in my car checked out in great condition and I am good to go. For whatever flukey reason it hadn't started earlier, I had assurance to proceed on my roadtrip, as everything looked good. There was absolutely no charge and 100% excellent customer service. I'll definitely come back to this location next time I need anything else done on my vehicle. Thank you Eric, Jay and Ron- hopefully I got your names right. Recently they saw me struggling at the station across from them, trying to fill my own tire, one gentleman came over to me to ask if I'd rather them fill for free. I explained I would need to purchase one wiper blade & they offered me 2 for the price of one! Great value!
