I would come here to get my eyebrows done, and I was never dissapointed.. I returned about a month ago and there was a new group of ladies there. I asked if they were under new managment, and indeed they were. My friend and I still stayed there and we really liked how they did our nails. I got the shellac, they had so many colors to choose from and the lady also gave me a massage on my back for about 5 minutes! I also got a pedi and it felt great. I went back a couple days ago and there was another different group of ladies. My sister and I went to get our eyebrows done and we both liked how they did them. The lady that did mine was "Joahn", I will definately return and get them done by her... I just hope it will be the same group of ladies again. I literally been coming for a few years now. Every time I come I get pedicure and manicure or a fill. I never come and get one without the other. Usually I go to Bi. Today I came in and Rachel did my pedicure and I asked who was doing my manicure and she said she didn't know I was getting a fill. Even after I specifically walked in and requested one and they told me to wait. When she got done she said everyone is busy and doesn't have time and they wouldn't be able to do my nails. I showed her a photo of the look I wanted, and she delivered perfectly. She stayed focused the entire time while checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the results. Spent two hours here to get a simple gel polish change. The techs were speaking in Vietnamese about how slow a Sunday it was and how they wanted customers to stop showing up so they could leave. The tech polished my nails with a shotty bottle of OPI. The polish came out spotty, literally leaving see through spots on my nails. Soooooo she tries again with CND polish and doesn't polish the entire nail as she was rushing though they were supposed to be open another hour. I just moved to the area and I am looking for a new nail salon. Called head and they had openings. When I arrive they saw me immediately. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. Manicure: for $12 she did a good job. No fuss. She did miss a few spots on first inspection but when I pointed them out to her she went back and fixed them. And I love the color! Pedicure: deluxe pedicure for $36 I chose to pay a bit more to get the extra foot scrub. The heels of my feet had seen better days. I can say I wasn't entirely please with it. The massage was lackluster and honestly my poor heels could still use a good scrubbing. However she did a great job at evening out my toe nails length and she did a great job painting them. This is the ONLY place where I get my pedi at. I've been coming here for a good few years now and the staff have not changed (should tell you something!). My favorite nail tech: Katrina. I always try to schedule an appointment with her (probably because after so many years, she knows exactly what I like), but sometimes I will catch her on vacation and will just schedule an appointment with anyone. Regardless, they do a superb job and my feet are happy :) Oh, and its only $20 (yes, for a spa pedi). The place is super clean and they use mostly OPI nail lacquer. The staff knows what they're doing. I've even seem them upgrade their massage chairs and changed out all the pedi spa. I know this place is pretty far for most of the yelpers, but if you're ever in Pearland and need a pedi...come here! read more

I was in the area and needed a last-minute pedi before they closed. Did a Yelp search and came up with this place. My technician was super friendly and very considerate (I can't remember her name now, but she was an Asian lady who spoke perfect English, has 2 boys, etc). She specifically did not let her staff speak Chinese/Vietnamese in front of clients to not seem rude. The pedicure was very relaxing, including the stone massage. I'm not sure what polish she used, but the pedi seemed to last much longer compared to other places. I also badly needed my eyebrows shaped and inquired if she could do it for me. Although I stopped getting my eyebrows waxed since other places always burn my skin, I felt I could trust her based on the level of care she demonstrated. I was nervous but a few minutes later, I saw the results and was very pleased. It's too bad that this place is a bit far from where I live because I would definitely come back again (especially given their reasonable prices). I always go to the owner Tina but today her husband Tom did my nails in her absence. I do a lot of close up television and film work so my nails must look like perfection. I got a solar full set and I couldn't quite describe the shape; kinda coffin but more square but still skinny and not super long because my nail beds are naturally really long and thin so they look natural. I had been going here for the past 6 months or so and was satisfied. The last 2 times I got a shellac manicure and by the next day it began to peel. The first time I was not able to come get it fixed so I just waited a week, told them about it, and paid full price to have it redone. The second time was on Thursday, July 25. I am a flight attendant and was unable to return to fix the very next day so I came in today, my day off. I had 5 nails that were badly chipped and 2 that were almost bare from the polish peeling off. The girl (Joann) told me the brand I had used wasn't very good and she would recommend I use another. I agreed. She soaked off and re did both hands. Upon leaving I tipped her but then the manager told me I owed $30. I explained to her that it peeled the very next day and I was just here on Thursday and even then the polish is supposed to last around 2 weeks. I told her I would have come in sooner but couldn't because of work. She didn't care. I told her I would not pay. She told me I need to prove what day I came in. I told her to go bk and look at to sign in sheet and it would show the 25th. She said she can't do that. She could but wouldn't. Nonetheless I left angry and without paying. Got in my car, pulled up my bank statement online then went back in to show her. She wouldn't even look up at me and treated me as if I was stealing. Very very poor customer service. I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my nails done. My son, daughter and I went in on a Sunday late morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive. That's the plus side. The negatives: I got a gel manicure and the polish started peeling off on some of the nails by the end of the day. The reason I pay extra for gel polish is so that it will last longer, Bubbles in the paint on my toes. The television they had on was some awful VH1 movie. Should have had something more generic. Most of the salons I've been in the past few years have Food Network on and that would have been great. The movie was awful. A man's pedicure shouldn't be more than a girl's. My daughter's was $15 + $3 for flowers on the big toes. My 14 year old son's was $25. I get that's what a basic pedicure goes for, but for a guy who doesn't have several coats of polish, it shouldn't be as much. And for the reviewer who said the management didn't allow the staff to speak a foreign language in front of customers, the new management doesn't have that policy as the staff spoke Vietnamese to each other during the whole process. There are too many salons around to come back to this one. They were nice, but I will try another salon to find somewhere that will do a good job on my nails. read more

I was leaving to go out of town and made and appointment a week in advance. I was on a tight schedule and needed to be in and out. Not only was my appointment not honored I saw them take walk ins before me! I received a shellac manicure and a pedi. Both of which had chipped by the time I boarded my plane at 9 that night.
