On at least three occasions, he has failed to firmly attached the lids or provided carriers for multiple drinks resulting in customers spilling their drinks. This "employee" is clearly unhappy with his job. I am not the only person who has noticed his behavior. Several patrons who were seated out front on my last visit waited over eight minutes at the unmanned counter before they were forced to call out "Hello?" several times. It was only after several more minutes that this particular employee peered through a piece of cardboard he had propped up in the take-out window (apparently to block customers from getting his attention or disturbing him while he was on a phone) and proceeded to stare at them.
