Stopped in during an afternoon walk and immediately loved this little neighborhood gem. The space is pretty small inside but it's cozy and warm. The barista who took our order was genuinely sweet and kind, and I enjoyed our brief chat over the Gilmore girl references throughout the shop. Felt like I was in stars hollow for a bit, iykyk. I ordered the chai latte with oat milk which was excellent and heavy on the chai spice, which I enjoyed. My partner got the iced vanilla bourbon latte which they're known for, and it was just as good. The great drinks, great vibes, and awesome service make for an easy favorite. Definitely somewhere I'd keep coming back to.

Back here for their seasonal 'I Love You A Latte' as substitute to my regular Iced Bourbon Vanilla Latte or their New Orleans CB. It's basically their version of Salted Cream Top Brown Sugar Latte. What made it fun was they were also using date syrup. It might sound sweet, but I loved how the flavor was just very well balanced. Even the cream didn't feel heavy at all. The hint of saltiness made it blend well to the sweet coffee. Perfect treat amidst hot sunny LA today. Got it for to go as it might be too humid to sit on the patio. And as always, busy line but got my coffee super swiftly thanks to the barista!

Super cute coffee shop. It's small inside, not the kind of spot you'd come to get work done but a great coffee shop stop. They have lots of matcha options. Also, there's some cute merch along the walls.

their vanilla tastes more natural than the syrups that are pumped with sugar. it's a good menu for this part of culver and with longer hours for later caffeine fixes (closes at 5pm). i walk the extra distance to get this coffee over other shops in the area all the time. now they have a pink himalayan salt cold foam with date sugar iced latte and that's even more natural for me!

Cute little coffee shop with very friendly staff! I got a basic americano but it was really good! The addition of the their specialty drinks to their menu is a nice touch , including ones with bourbon. They also have some products in shop and other beverages and snacks in a cold case in the back. Would be even better if they had options for seating, but it is more of a grab and go establishment.

Strictly, a to-go spot. This tiny coffee shop is right across from Sony Entertainment. I made a quick stop before my road trip and ordered a matcha latte and vanilla bourbon latte. I enjoyed both! I did like the iced coffee over the matcha because it had a wonderful medley of flavors. The staff was definitely outnumbered and my drinks took a solid 15 minutes to be ready. Just be prepared for a line and expect to head out as soon as you get your drink.

Was driving past this spot and was drawn to the sign that said something about really good bourbon latte. I'm so glad we decided to stop by! The shop itself is super cute!! The inside area is small. There are various coffee and tea items you could purchase, as well as bottled/canned drinks. Of note, there is no indoor seating. There are like 3 benches outside but no tables. The staff member was very nice! I asked a few questions about the flavor profiles of various drinks and I was so appreciative of how honest he was. I ended up getting the Bourbon Latte but he mentioned the Campfire Latte has a mocha-like flavor. Apparently it's not super sweet (some sweetness with the hershey like syrup that they use). My partner and I LOVED the Vanilla Bourbon Latte. It was nothing like I've had before. It wasn't SUPER sweet but definitely on the sweeter side. The coffee that they used was delicious - no burnt taste at all and very smooth. You can definitely taste the vanilla but it wasn't too much. Will def come again just for this drink!

I really liked this coffee spot. The baristas were super friendly and very helpful. The coffee was beautifully presented with some latte art. The coffee tasted great! The shop is very small and can get cramped as it does get busy. (For good reason) I also really like their merch items and little trinkets for sale. Parking was a bit of a hassle but not impossible.

My peach oolong matcha latte (with regular sweetness and ice) was very good without being too sweet or mild. The peach, oolong, and matcha flavors all came through despite being an iced latte. I see why the line was almost out the door on a Saturday afternoon! I think they only have one register, so the line moved a bit slowly, but it was worth it. Customer service wasn't stellar but they weren't rude, and they obviously had a full house of orders to take and drinks to make. Love that they had physical menus available at the beginning of the line so you can decide what you want ahead of time to make the ordering process smoother. I can't speak much to the atmosphere because we were really in and out once we got our drinks (the line wasn't just long, all the tables were packed!), but as the name suggests, it's a lovely modern tea house with a significant amount of seating inside and outside.

It does have some caffeine, so keep that in mind if you're planning to enjoy it later in the evening. Grab this drink and stroll around the mall, it is so refreshing, and you'll enjoy it on a hot summer day. Lines do tend to get busy, so I recommend placing an order on the mobile app. It may take 10-20 minutes for your order to be ready (on a busy day), but at least you can walk around the mall until your drinks are ready. There's tables and chairs inside and outside the location if you prefer to sit down to enjoy your beverage.

They are located upstairs but they had a popup stand downstairs near the big TV screen. I got their popular Hokey Pokey flavor which is a vanilla soft serve with toffee blended into it on topped on top. You can get their soft serve dairy or for a little more non dairy. I got it in their waffle cone which was pretty large. The toffee bits on top were good and melts in your mouth. It went well with the toffee blended ice cream. My only complaint was it was too sweet and on the melted side. I had to eat it quickly and it was runny and messy. They made my cone pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. Besides their most popular Hokey Pokey flavor their second most popular is their strawberry and cream one that comes with strawberry bits and whipped cream. But they have many other flavors including seasonal ones. They usually have about 10 different creations. I want to come back and try their hazelnut one.

Lo and behold, Chamberlain Coffee was the first thing I saw when I went upstairs. I normally see Chamberlain coffee beans at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods so it's cool to see that there are actually coffee shops! (And yes, I am late to the game because I just found out five minutes ago that an influencer/business woman/podcaster/model is who owns this business and franchise.) Chamberlain Coffee is a stand-alone tiny shop/kiosk that is modern and sleek and only big enough for a few people to stand inside to order. There are no seating inside but tons located outside since the food court is close by. I am probably the worse at giving you a full review because I looked up and IMMEDIATELY zoned in on the banana latte. I am in my banana latte era! Ordered it from one of the three workers and got my well-crafted drink in less than 7 minutes. My banana latte made with whole milk was DELICIOUS! It is sweet but not synthetically sweet. I can taste the banana syrup, tasting homemade, and the coffee is strong enough shine through. It is not diluted with milk or masked with sugar. This is a well made coffee. The large, with tax, is going to cost $10. This drink edged up to be one of the best banana latte I have had as of yet so $10 for the large is worth it.
