Shawn Ross by far has been the best tech to work with. He is humble, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very good at explaining the process and problem so that I can understand. Kinetico system are good, but very costly to maintain, and repair. Something to think about before getting one. The…read moretechnician gave so many reasons the lights might be flickering, he talked me into a 'whole house' electrical exam stating it would take 2 hours, I would say he spent half the time padding it out with conversation or going outside the house to talk on his phone. (I paid double the going rate for such services in the metro) I was given three plans to completely redo my electrical systems in a 'Cadillac' version. I was pressured to sign on the dotted line, when I said I had to think about it, was given incentives like the exam fee would be waived and I had to decide then and there or I'd not be able to get the work done for months. I never contacted the company to be pushed to do a whole house rewiring. For that work I'd always contact 3 companies and get bids. I've had traumatic experiences with contractors and just this meeting was enough to make me nauseous afterward.
