Question. Why should I pay a technology fee? If it is a business expense it should be added to the cost of doing business however Floga only charges a surcharge when someone uses a credit card?? THIS IS A SURCHARGE. Next is Floga' going to charge for toilet paper and call it Environmental Fee. When Floga reduces the surcharge to 0% or fully complies with PA laws, I'll increase my rating to 5 star. Update: On 11/1, I filed a complaint with the PA Attorney Generals office. ***** 11/1/25.
