I am not a big fan of mushroom and Myriam did such an awesome job of guiding me through their menu with options I would probably enjoy. Two thumbs up! I decided to try their 3 pcs Birri. I ordered my tacos with gluten free corn tortilla $18. The flavor was amazing and I couldn't detect in the slightest I was eating plant based meat. It was crisper perfectly. As a long-time vegetarian, I have never had birria tacos before, though I know they are a big deal, particularly in L.A., where I am from, where there are numerous taco trucks that specialize in birria. This vegan version with fried corn tortillas and a killer red sauce (the smaller container), which isn't all that hot, is spectacular.
