The Politan Row is nice and clean atmosphere. This place is okay. The food was hot and fresh but the birria was slightly burnt and dry. The meat was dry and it was finely chopped. Flavor wasn't great, but the corn tortillas did hold together at least. Didn't realize it came with rice and beans. Rice was lukewarm, which was weird for the wait time, it should've been hotter. Pretty little tacos prides themselves on being Creole-Mexican street tacos. Mexican yes, loaded with onions, cilantro and lime. The Smoky,earthy,herb and spicy Creole seasonings was not present whatsoever. The price point for two small tacos at $17 well $20 with tip included is absolutely absurd. Sadly, though everything else is pretty much just average. They keep a whiteboard of things they are "sold out" of (and not because it's busy). On the day I went it included guacamole, steak, street corn, and vegetarian tacos - pretty significant items if you ask me. While my two tacos (shrimp and chicken, respectively) were both flavored well, I found them and the side of broth to be overly greasy, in an off putting way. I came on a Monday around 5 PM and there were two girls working and neither one of them acknowledged my presence, neither one of them asked me what I wanted. They both had attitude problems and were making no effort to serve me, the customer. I walked away, and two people that were waiting on their tacos, came over to me and also said that the service was horrible, but they really wanted the tacos so they gave this business money. I refuse to support businesses that don't even have the capacity to tell a customer. "Hello I will be right there with you in a second." I did not dine here. I hate leaving a negative review for places I don't eat at, but the two girls working there are trash and should be happier. The look of the stall is aesthetically pleasing. We were drawn to the birria they had on the menu. And the fact that they had birria ramen was a no brainer for us to get. There was a short line and once ordered, we got a buzzer and the food took about 5 minutes to be ready. This was in line with other stalls within Politan Row. The bowl of ramen was medium sized and had a good amount of meat. The noddles itself were not terrible, but could have been crunchier and more chewy. The birria meat was great and would be great in a taco as well, a bit salty, but that's how it is supposed to be. Such a great spot to check out when you're in the area! While waiting for a movie at the local iPic, my bf and I made our way to the food court with our family friends. Unfortunately I paid $22 for steak nachos that both looked and tasted like ground beef from Taco Bell. There was no real shredded cheese, just liquid queso. I stopped by Colony Square on my lunch break earlier this week as I had an errand to run in this area. I've been to the food court here at Politan Row quite a few times before, but I never had Pretty Little Taco. I decided to grab some lunch from here and take it to-go. They had a special going for two tacos (either beef or chicken), and chips and queso or chips and pico. I opted for the chicken with queso as I don't eat beef. The total was about $16, which in my opinion, is quite pricey for this meal. The special also came with some Consommé, which is a common thing for birria tacos. These tacos weren't your average corn/flour tortilla tacos. They were much better than that. They tasted really good and were extremely flavorful. I didn't eat the Consommé as it tends to be beef whenever you get it from anywhere. I should've asked when I got my food, but I didn't even open the food until I got back to work. The chips and queso were good too. The chips were seasoned nicely and the queso was nice and creamy too. The only downside of this place is that it's quite expensive. I was still hungry after my meal, and I had paid nearly $20. The tacos were good, but I definitely probably needed one more to fill me up. I would still come back though. There are plenty of places to sit inside the food hall as well. I did take my lunch to-go, but there is plenty of inside and outside seating. There is a parking garage attached to Colony Square too. So if you bring your ticket with you, you can get it validated (up to 2 hours) at the hostess stand inside the food hall. read more

The employee at the register was kind and patient. I expressed to her my reservations about choosing them because of the reviews.
