We needed to rent for a couple of weeks and a size 10 x 30 drive up storage. He recommended that I call back a week from when I needed it and he actually called me when the time came. He gave me options outside of renting and tried to fingered out the numbers and sizes. I had the pleasure of booking a 10 x 30 with him. When I came in to do more paperwork and setup the account, Susan the Resident Manager was just as kind, friendly and informative! She gave me a tour of my rental, the passcode areas, and just made the transaction run smoothly. All of the other storage facilities that I've used didn't require a 30 day notice. So when I went into the office to close my account, I was asked if I gave my 30 day notice. As she asked that, I vaguely remembered going over that when signing the contract with them. It was definitely my fault. I just want to warn people so they don't make the same mistake, because they will charge you an extra month. So I'm paying for a unit that I'm not even using.
