I made the right decision going to Kim for lip filler. I have never done fillers in the past, so not only was I nervous about the pain, but also the final result. Though I couldn't find many before and afters of Kim's work, I trusted the reviews on Yelp and decided to take a leap of faith. She was AMAZING! I didn't feel rushed, she let me ask all my questions, reviewed examples I brought into her and explained the process every step of the way. The pain was maybe a 3 out of 10 which was not bad. Best of all, I was able to go back to work within 2 hours because I had zero bruising and minimal swelling. I am 1 week post treatment and honestly have been loving them since day 1. I went to Kim C for my very first Botox experience and I couldn't be happier! She went into detail explaining the procedure and then targeted between my eye brows and on the outside of my eyes where my wrinkles and lines are most prominent. Kim is simply the BEST! The day of my first appointment I somehow got lost on the way (new to town) and ended up accidentally calling another Botox place for directions. They pretended like I had an appointment so I went there first. Eventually, I ended up at the right place late. Kim was super patient throughout the whole thing and helped me find her place. I immediately felt comfortable with her. The office is very nice and clean. She was very personable and professional. She even called to follow up about a week later to ask how I liked my results. She has a great technique and is very gentle. My results were very natural looking. Today was my second time seeing her. Before I got there she had looked up my points for Brilliant Distinctions and told me I had a coupon. I don't even keep up with that so the fact that she looked up my account meant a ton! I really like and admire kim for handling everything on her own. She's also nice and extremely patient and I was contemplating on giving her 4 stars. After reading all the positive reviews, I went to kim in hopes of getting my tired face a refreshed look. I don't know whether she was just being nice and didn't want to hurt my feelings, or maybe I really didn't need anything done. But yeah, she basically told me I didn't need anything done. I should really take it as a compliment, but we are our own worst critics and I could definitely tell a difference in my face recently. But regardless, I just told her let's make me happy and get fillers in my nasobial folds because I thought that was quite prominent. We could see the slight difference and I'm happy with that. But after leaving the office, I still feel that I look frumpy/tired and that just wasn't it. The minus one star is because after getting another consultation done with a plastic surgeon, I was informed I had a little volume loss underneath my eye trough which caused a little hollow. I then checked all my pictures from over the years and noticed that change and the appearance of the dimples from my recent pics. I'm sure if I had told kim to just go ahead with getting a filler for that, she'll do a fantastic job. But yeah, the minus one star is because I had to leave work early again to get another person's point of view. Highly recommend! I've researched lip filler for quite a while & came across Kim. I had a consultation & she answered all of my questions. I went in about 2 weeks later for the procedure. I was mostly concerned with the pain as I have a low pain tolerance, but it seriously didn't hurt at all! Kim did such an amazing job & really took her time to achieve the result I was looking for. It was my first time ever getting any type of filler/cosmetic procedure done to my face and I'm so glad I found Kim for my Juvederm lip filler. Kim was very patient in listening to my concerns. She was very informative and caring with giving me my options. We decided to go with 1 CC of Juvederm Ultra Plus. I was very worried about bruising and the pain...but she was so gentle and I hardly bruised! My lips prior were so thin, but now they have a bit more fullness and I am happy with the results. Not only is Kim a licensed RN, but she is knowledgeable and very thorough in what she does. She listened to what I was looking for and explained everything in great detail before starting.
