The file used on me was obviously used with marks and scratches all over it (7) Except as provided in Regulation .03B(33) of this chapter, all implements used by a nail technician student shall be cleansed in hot, soapy water and then immersed in a disinfecting solution as specified in Regulation .03B(12) of this chapter before reuse. Not only did he pull a tool from the barbacide after it hadn't been in there 10 min after his last client (pedi), I wasn't scared until he trimmed my cuticles and dropped the tool right in the barbacide without cleaning it.
