I just had a pedicure, got a full set and got my eyebrows done. I was rushed through all the treatments, the spa was dirty and unkept and some of the techs were rude. The worst part was the nail tech, he rushed the service leaving my nails thick and misshapen. When I tired to speak to him he got up and left, as though the service was a waste of his time. I wasn't even allowed to rinse my hands off after getting my nails on. I had dust and pieces of nail all over them, he couldn't be bothered to wipe them off. Another tech came over and painted my nails. The entire experience was sloppy and rude. I will not be returning to this spa. read more

I love my pedicure (I went with the milk & honey - highly recommend!) - my feet feel amazing! I had tips put on and a dip manicure - Leo did an amazing job. My nails are smooth and not too thick. First time here and it was soo nice inside! If it's near your birthday the check in ipad sings to you lol. Free beverage during your pedicure if you would like. Tried this place our back in December when my best friend was visiting form out of town. The staff was friendly but that's about the only positive thing. My nails were done pretty sloppy and ended up chipping less then a week later and I got a gel manicure! My best friend who only gets regular manicures because for whatever reason her nails with regular polish last 2 weeks (crazy right!) had chips in her nails after a week as well. I won't be going back to this place and it sucks cause it's right by my house and next door to my kids school. read more

I was in town for the weekend and needed my gel manicure redone. I decided to pamper myself and booked a spa pedicure and gel manicure at Purity since it was close to where I was staying since it appeared to have good ratings. What a disappointing experience. The beautician performing my service barely spoke to me because she barely spoke English. I felt like she was rushing through the services sometimes nicking my cuticles with the file when removing my previous polish. This is supposed to be a relaxing service which typically takes close to 2 hours. She finished in 1 hour 15 minutes. After 3 attempts at giving me a color I didn't chose I finally gave up and took the 3rd color which I'm not crazy about because it was obvious I wasn't getting the color I wanted. The chemical smell in the salon was strong so they had the doors propped open allowing cold air and flies in the building. It was only in the 60s so i sat in there with cold feet freezing while waiting for my pedi to dry as she worked on my manicure. And to top it off I had to come home and file all the rough edges and hang nails off of my nails since she did a poor job at filing them after cutting. I shouldn't have to come home after spending almost $90 there to file my own nails. I even asked at check out for a file hoping they would catch the problem but all they wanted to do was take my payment and get me out so they could get the next person in. I love Purity! I've been getting long acrylics done for years and have been unsuccessful in finding a true artist until I found Thy! She is incredibly talented and can do nearly any design you could think of! The salon is clean, sanitized and sterilized. There are shields between the customer and the nail tech so that the proximity isn't an issue with COVID regulations. read more

Hi, I really wanted to like this place based on the great reviews. I made an appointment for my mom for Mother's Day. I called beforehand and made the appointment and made it clear that my mom does not wear nail polish but wanted to have her nails buffed. I was told it would not be a problem. I sent my mom there and was going to pay with my credit card. When I called to give my card number they told me they don't take payments over the phone. Again when I called to make the appointment I was not told this. Additionally, my husband went and made the payment while my mom was getting her nails done. But then my mom told they told her that the buffing would be extra and made her pay for it even though this was supposed to be a gift from me and I had made that very clear. Overall this was a terrible experience and will never go hear again. They didn't even have anyone at the reception when my mom went there. I just feel like when you make the appointment and make clear what you are asking to get done and that it's supposed to be a special gift, they should honor those wishes not nickel and dime the person who is getting the gift. There are so many other nail salons in the area, take your business else where. That is what I will be doing. read more

I stumbled across this salon by accident and I'm so glad I did. My nails have never looked so good! I've been bouncing around from salon to salon trying to find a nail tech to do my nails exactly the way I want them and I finally found Leo. He did an amazing job! Disappointed! It doesn't matter if you have an appointment... they don't honor the time. I was so excited for a special family outing. We had appointments for pedicures. When I made the appointment I gave them a large window...4pm being the latest we could get started in order to get out in time. They asked us to come closer to 4pm. Got there exactly at 4pm and was told we were going had to wait another 20 + minutes because people came in before us. So what good is it to have an appointment...guess better off walking in ! Went over to Nail Dimensions by Green Valley Market. They were even busier but got took us right away and had a much better experience. read more

My first impression was Whow! The salon has been open for about 6 months, it's BEAUTIFUL decor is amazing. The people were very professional and friendly. My nail tech was Lily who I would highly recommend. I had a powder manicure, which Lily did an amazing job. I asked for her recommendation on color, something for Easter and I was so happy. This place I will definitely return. Purity is tucked away hard to tell if they are open, this place is the definition of spa! I thought their prices were average to others. I cannot wait to get a pedicure, they also have 2 Children chairs for our little children to enjoy a day at the spa with their mom, its a very nice spa. read more

This is without a doubt the best nail salon I have ever been to! It is not only beautiful but also clean and elegant. I treated my daughter to a birthday mani pedi where she received a true spa pedicure not just a rush paint job and out the door. She received the same spa pedicure that I would receive. Her manicure and pedicure are beautiful. I can't wait to go back just for me! This salon is worth checking out as I have never come across one like this before. If you have hours upon hours then enjoy your time pruning away in the foot bath while you wait for a technician. I had a 12:00 appointment for a mani pedi. I was escorted to the pedicure chair at 12:20 where I anxiously waited (this was my first time here and I chose this nail salon because of great reviews). Another client sat beside me and 10 minutes later a technician greeted her and began her pedicure. What??? I'm sitting there bubbling away, skin sloughing off of my feet, the water is cold and I was able to get through 2 rounds of the back pounder I mean massager. I took my feet out of the icy water at which time the technician told me the other technician) across from me) would be ready in a few minutes. Lies! That technician was fully engaged in his pedicure ritual fulfillment and would not be ready to service me for at least another 30 minutes!! So I politely said I have an appoint at 1:00 which I do - it is my birthday party, so I said I would have to come back another time. Nope! Ain't never stepping foot in the place again. I should have suspected it was not going to be a good experience after I was scolded for looking at the hundreds of nail lacquers behind the front desk . How did I know I wasn't supposed to be back there when back there was totally open Anyway f you have lots of time to spend and I'm no rush by all means check them out!
