I submitted a quote for some PPF work to be completed on there online form request. I sent a message saying I'm looking to get the whole removable roof of my bronco PPF wrapped to protect it while off-roading and when I take the removable panels off. I got a text from Miguel who told me and confirmed that I wanted it for the whole vehicle or just the removable roof. I told Miguel if price is right I'd consider doing the whole vehicle. He told me for the roof removable front and rear panels and the cap it would be $650. I asked about the whole vehicle and he said it would be $6K. I asked how does it cost 10% of the cost to do the roof compared to the whole vehicle. And he said it's a week of work to remove everything. I told him it's too much for just $5k in labor. He said it's not all profit... then same day later on starts offering me a discount cause he knows it's a lot for quote. I sit and ponder on it over the weekend. I decide to just do the roof as that is what I primarily wanted done so it doesn't get damaged removing it or while on the trail. I message him and he tells me to come in and that he could possibly knock it out today as I told him I have window tint appointment for tomorrow. I said ok sounds good and I can stop on my lunch to drop it off. I show up and the front desk kid comes out takes notes and goes back to Miguel and he comes back out and tells me price is $1500. I said how does it jump $900? He said that's what he's quoting. I said no I'm not paying that and it's not what he quoted me originally. I go out side and start texting Miguel. "Funny how he won't come out and talk to the customer he's been dealing with" I text him and say "I'm here and price jumps to $1500? I don't understand how you quote me $659 for roof only and know I'm here and it goes up to $1500" he says "yes sir I quoted you for the roof. You asked my guy for all side panels above window trims.. you asked for everything that's removable which goes beyond the roof." He then sends me a message with what he said saying for the roof we would be looking at $650. I say ok that's what I wanted the whole removable roof for $650. I ask him to come out to properly quote it and to help me understand and that I'm on lunch and running out of time... he doesn't respond and his front desk guy comes back out and I say the whole removable roof with the front and rear panels and the cap like he said in original text for quote. He him self said the removable tiles and cap. I tell the kid that he told me the whole removable top panels and cap. I say I can show you what he said and the kid said I believe you (as if this isn't the first time Miguel has made mistake quoting) I show him the message and he says yeah he is saying it's $1500 for the whole thing know. I said forget it I'll go elsewhere. Miguel then finally messages me saying "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding the message clearly says roof. And he says if it touches the roof, is not the roof... very simple and straight forward." As if I'm an idiot and I'm wrong. I tell him "no misunderstanding on my part. You don't know that the whole roof on a bronco is a removable panel? 2 front, 1 mid and the cap just like your message says" I said you never specified just the top of the panels. I want to be clear that I wanted to give the team here a 5 star and intended to, but I just can't justify it unfortunately. Absolutely still highly recommend them, but maybe get quotes and stay on top of them during the process. Followed Purple Flare for years and have always loved their work overall (still do as well). This was my first time dealing with any vehicle wraps. I already had heavy oxidation on parts of the car and was clear on that up front. Josh (sales) was extremely friendly anytime I was able to reach him via text or spoke with him in person. However, he very obviouisly needs an assistant and/or other sales people with him as he drowning in follow-ups with customers throughout the process. The short? What I was told would be a 4-5 day job turned in to an extra $1k deposit and 3 weeks of work without actually getting everything done I was guaranteed. The Long? I initially reached out on 2/10 online late at night and received initial information, as well as follow-up early the next morning. After some discussion and photos, paid deposit for "1 week or 1+ month" to make final decisions without the price going higher for the initial services. Later, asked if emblems and rims could be done as wel. Told regardless of the condition of emblems would be able to be updated, plus the rims would be extra. Agreed to updated invoice the same day. Since this was my first time getting a color PPF, I was every unsure of the colors I wanted, but had a general idea. On 2/13, swung by office and Josh was kind of enough to sit with me for a while going over colors with Josh indicating he would photos of colors I picked in daylight to get a better idea. We reviewed some body cleanup to include and a headlight restoration he offered. Three days later, I followed up with a question about a possible color I had run across online. Josh confirmed for a second time emblem/chrome deletes for the front/back. He also said he was still trying to get me the daylight photos of the colors I had reviewed in the office. After a week, checked and narrowed down colors from my original discussion that still had not been followed up on. After another week, I followed up again further clarifying my thoughts and even provided a couple specific PPF colors I had come across online. Narrowed on specific color and got photo/video of remaining colors for that shade from original appointment. After discussion, settled on shade with likely final color. Another week, reached out and settled on final colors. Another week, asked suddenly to pay ADDITIONAL deposit from the "guaranteed" deposit previously paid. Paid, then guilted about "discounts" I was given despite never demanding anything. Another week, I reach out asking about next steps. Four days later, asked to provide final colors, which were already finalized via text prior. Over a week later, reached out to ask when I was going to be scheduled and told the PPF just came in. Five days after, blocked time to dropoff. Week later after no updates, was asked for extension. Another week, vague photo of side of car and a wheel. Following Monday, asked to pay additional $550 for other services suggested by the owner as "essential" for what I ordered. Agreed, they asked for extra day. Finally able to pickup next day. Upon arriving, briefly greeted and told they were wiping off the car. Left for over 45 minutes with less customer service than I have had for an oil change. When car arrived, chrome and emblems discussed had not been done and was told they decided they couldn't do them (no communication). Headlight restoration not done and told they will instead do it when I come back for a post install checkin in a few weeks. Minor bumper fix was told they would resolve wasn't addressed (no communication). I identified missing bumper screws that they did replace on-site. Once at home, found chrome delete kit, emblems, and bumper part (added to my own cost that I have to now get installed). Window trim on the passenger side was not properly reinstalled, had to fix myself or otherwise would have torn a huge scratch in window. read more

We took our brand-new car to Purple Flare Wraps in Henderson for professional window tinting and ceramic coating. Their sales team is smooth and convincing--they excel at closing deals and building confidence in their "premium" services. But once the work was done? Customer service completely vanished. Right after pickup, we noticed obvious buffing swirl marks on one panel that weren't there before. Honestly, we understand that their own Ceramic Coating Terms & Conditions acknowledge under the Paint Correction section that "some degree of scratching, swirls, and minor marks may still be present after the paint correction process." Imperfections happen. That's not the issue. The issue is what happened next. We didn't rush back immediately -- and we didn't need to. Their own terms and conditions build in a curing and inspection period across every service we purchased. Their Ceramic Coating Terms & Conditions state under Curing Time that "your new ceramic coating will take 10 days to fully cure." Their Window Tint Terms & Conditions state under Drying Time that the film "will take 3-4 weeks to fully cure, depending on weather conditions." And their Paint Protection Film Terms & Conditions state under Drying Time that "vehicles should be returned for inspection within 2-4 weeks." That return visit wasn't a delayed complaint -- it was precisely what their own documentation recommends. We followed their stated recommendations exactly. And when we showed up for that inspection -- consistent with what their own paperwork recommends -- before we could even finish explaining what we'd found, they denied responsibility without looking at the car, without asking questions, and without any attempt to understand what happened. When we showed them the damage directly, the response wasn't accountability or a good-faith effort to make it right. Their first suggestion to my girlfriend was that I could buff it out myself -- placing the burden of fixing their work squarely on us. They made no offer to correct it themselves. It was deflection, excuse-making, and obnoxious defiance from a shop that had just been paid for a professional, protective finish on a brand-new car. It wasn't until after this review was posted publicly that they suddenly offered to help. That's not accountability -- that's reputation management. If it took an online review to prompt a basic offer of correction, that tells you everything you need to know about how they handle customers once the sale is done. That's the problem. Not an imperfection on a new car -- but a complete unwillingness to stand behind their work when called on it through the very process they recommend. When they eventually responded to this review, they edited it to omit key details and spin the facts in their favor -- more of the same behavior we experienced in person. We are far from alone. Other customers have reported strikingly similar problems on Yelp and through BBB complaints, including new vehicles arriving with fresh scratches and damage after tinting and ceramic services, repeated failed corrections, improper installations causing expensive secondary repairs, and the exact same pattern of immediate denial followed by reluctance or outright refusal to fix what they broke. I bit on the lower price point of this other company and like they say; you get what you pay for. Fast forward, Truck got wrecked and I chose PF for the new Raptor here in 2025. Owner Miguel was Very responsive to text me back after hours, sent a professional proposal and agreement. Answered numerous questions via text and offered to take my truck on Sunday evening so they could work on it Monday morning week of New year. Manager ( awesome energy) Chris met me Sunday, gave me a tour of the immaculate front sales area , showroom and shop night and day from the other place I took it that was (dirty, unorganized and just a sh^% show.) Under Promised by Tuesday, over delivered by Monday night. Tint and ppf look great. Will do my more detailed inspection after they hand me keys but this initial experience has been really solid. I did my research on ceramic coating. I went to several different companies and wanted to see more about their business and products. There were companies that I did feel comfortable with and so I just kept looking. I walked into Purple Flare and was greeted by Kiko at the front desk. He was a gentleman and told me Miguel would be with me soon. Miguel greeting me and we shared a couple of laughs, and I felt very comfortable being toured around the shop. Took my vehicle in for a ceramic coating, when I picked it up I didn't notice any difference...it didn't look real shinny at all. Looks like it was just waxed. They didn't wipe the rims off from when they washed the vehicle (the front right passenger side rim was scratched), I didn't notice until I got home and noticed swirl marks as well. Initially a year ago i would give wild crazy good reviews to this place...today that has changed dramatically. I took my tesla back into have them look at part of the PPF which was done. It was a bit annoying in having to deal with this but was overall I was fine until i was told that it was not a warranty issue. I was told very clearly that it was exposed to a pressure washer and that was the reasoning of the failure. When I spoke to Miguel who is the owner he also stated that i used a pressure washer. He told me if I want him to show me that they could take the car in back to show me. Now why would i agreed to doing that when in his words its the cause of the damage? I reiterated that he needed to cover this issue as a warranty. His whole demeanor changed and of course he refused. I had no other choice than to have the issue fixed at my cost of $283 (supposedly this is $150 discount). The guy at the front desk was incredible with his customer service and compassion. After paying for this, I was exiting where Miguel called me by my first name and again referenced to how the issue happened and it must have been pressure washed. I was clear i would not be returning back to his business. Sad for both I guess since my new car from Germany will be getting delivered in the next 4-6 weeks To clarify I have NEVER used a pressure washer on any part of my car! Effort vs Execution Like many of you reading this, I started off my search for a shop to put on a full PPF wrap and tint for my brand new Dodge Charger by checking out social media and other reviews online. I read great things about Purple Flare Wraps, and I have to say, my initial impression was overwhelmingly positive based on the posts that the owner, Miguel P, put on Instagram. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell that he was passionate about what they do, and he was eager to help me bring my vision to life. Miguel seemed knowledgeable, and we walked through different options, taking the time to understand what I wanted and making recommendations based on my preferences. He showed me some examples of their previous work, which was impressive, and I left feeling confident that they could deliver on his promises. We agreed to a full PPF matte wrap, tint on all windows and taillights. He also added a complimentary ceramic coating. After dropping off my car, I started to notice some red flags. The pick up date was delayed and I found myself having to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of my project. Despite Miguel's initial enthusiasm, it seemed as though the team was struggling to execute on the plan that we had agreed upon. As time went on, the situation only got worse. The quality of the work began to suffer, and I found myself having to point out mistakes and inconsistencies with the PPF wrap and tint that should have been caught by the team each time they returned my car. What started out as a promising collaboration quickly turned into a frustrating experience, and I began to regret my decision to work with this shop. In the end, the work was completed after 5 returns to the shop, but it was far from the high-quality work that I had hoped for. While I appreciated the effort that the team put in, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the execution of the project. The end result was something that fell short of my expectations. To be fair, Miguel did cover the costs of a rental for the times I needed to bring my car back and he did refund a small amount for the tint on my windshield after multiple attempts to install it without bubbles and creases. He was also unable to apply the ceramic coating because it would not adhere to the PPF they applied. Overall, while I appreciated the initial effort and enthusiasm,I ultimately cannot recommend them based on the disappointing execution of my project. While they may be capable of producing great work in some cases, my experience suggests that there are significant gaps in their process and execution. read more

Shoddy work. Had to go back after seeing missed areas. They also dropped a bolt inside the lift gate and couldn't get it out so every time you opened the lift gate you'd hear the bolt rattling around. One of the fender flares wasn't put on properly and we lost it on the freeway. I had to buy a new one and replace broken clips throughout the vehicle. I ended up selling the vehicle to a buddy of mine and he took it there, they didn't know he knew me- and they ended up telling him I was the reason for the broken clips and things falling off. Also they talked me into the "ceramic coating". Which they didn't even do. I watched them finish the car and they did not do any coat. Scammers. Car wrap places seem to be hit or miss- these guys definitely do not have the attention to detail you'd expect when paying $3500. read more

Super friendly staff! Shout out to Miguel, Kevin, and Ivan for making the entire experience spectacular. Went in to get my Tesla MYLR PPF'd full front. Because I use my car a lot for work, it was a necessity for me to get my car back ASAP. They open on Saturdays by appointment only, therefore, I opted to drop my car off on Friday in order to pick up Saturday. They exceeded my expectations by finishing the same day! Car goes in Friday, back out Friday...within a matter of 7 hours. To top it off, they went out of their way to pick me up from a local Enterprise back to the shop to pick up my car.
